I scheduled both my covid and flu vaccination for 9/23 and received a text on 9/22 telling me the covid vaccine was not available and that I needed to reschedule (which I did). CVS charged my insurance company for the flu vaccination (which I rescheduled along with my covid vax as CVS requested)!

Regarding the pharmacy, #1 you simply can't reach them by phone. #2 they seem to have new associates working in the pharmacy constantly, some of whom do not display good attitudes toward customers and #3 if you dig up a store manager to express that you CANNOT reach the pharmacy (no matter how important), that person will usually put you on hold and not pick up --- much like the pharmacy. This place is involved in health care?? Extraordinarily stressful.

We prefer this location as the pharmacy is less crowded than their other two in Greenwich. The pharmacy staff is a bit more customer centric as well. The non pharmacy stock is orderly and almost always available.

The pharmacist and her staff at this cvs are very attentive. This is a pleasant surprise after dealing with the rude pharmacist at Greenwich Avenue cvs for years. The electronic prescription from my dr had not reached the pharmacy when I visited, due to the system delay at drs office. The pharmacist made it a point to note down my phone number and contacted me later, when they received the prescription. Overall good customer service. I am switching to this cvs for my prescriptions going fwd.

This CVS located in Cos Cob is convenient and offers a great selection of merchandise. The associates and managers who work there however are extremely RUDE. I was shopping with a 40% off coupon which was sent to me by CVS to use it store. I was purchasing an item that was NOT on the exclusion list. I get to the register and the cashier tells me my coupon doesn't work. When I asked why, she could not give me an answer and proceeds to show me the register screen. WHY??? I don't work for CVS therefore I don't know what it means. I asked for the manager and after much back and forth, she unwillingly gave me my discount and told me that CVS is going to have to take a loss now. That actually made me laugh at loud. I told the manager if you know anything about the company, you would know that CVS is doing quite well. Try Google and see what your company is up to these day. I think they are doing okay!
