I contacted Cos Cobb T.V to update my old sound system and television set up. They sent over the actual technician that would be doing the job so he could consult with me all the details and fully understand what I was looking to accomplish. They sent me a detailed quote within a couple of days of our meeting and outlined in detail all the work that was going to be done and the equipment I would nee for the job.After a few more questions I booked the job and they sent over two outstanding technicians to install my new Sonos system and mount and install my new 75" T.V. All I can say is they were better than expected, they were experienced, neat, worked all day with no wasted time and ended up doing an outstanding and beautiful job, under budget. I am so happy I chose Cos Cobb T.V. For this very important installation as they did a better than expected job in my home. If you can get Sergio and George to do the work it would be great, both were real professionals and knowledgeable. Dealing with this Company is just a pleasure!!!!!

I moved to Westchester from a 1 BR apartment a couple of months ago and was somewhat overwhelmed with how to organize a houseful of electronics (TVs, sound system, wifi, etc). Cos Cob to the rescue. CC came to my house, made recs on TV sizes, wifi mesh system, sound systems, speaker placements and anything and everything else. They then went back and submitted a proposal detailing what they would do in each room and the charge. They simply pass on the cost of the equipment itself and add on a labor charge. They visited our house three or four times and spent a lot of time on the phone with us, yet stuck to the original labor estimate and delivered impeccable service. The cost was incredibly reasonable for the service provided and I truly enjoyed my time with the team. Could not recommend any more whether you are looking for a single TV or a whole house project.

Professionalism. Unfortunately overcharged for a much-delayed installation. Didn’t complete installation of a tv which is resting on the Sonos sound bar (both installed in the wrong place)

This place is great. #1 - they match prices on Amazon/Best Buy, so you don't need to worry about getting the best deal. #2 - they know all about the latest gear so you save time doing research, huge plus over internet purchasing. #3 - they have a very professional installation team who do great work. #4 - they know great local service people who will do any additional work required for an install that they can't do. Not to mention - they can do a lot of interesting additional work around automation and other stuff. Plus, great to support a local business that is adapting to internet competition successfully.

Horrible greeting and lack of customer service! Left for Best Buy.... Lady that attempted to help was nice but unable to discuss pricing for installation. She conceded the gentleman would have to help. Waited way too long while he made phone calls. Might have been nice to at least shake hands and hear what my needs might be... Will not return.

Pricing is fair and they do good installation work. They do know their electronics. Unfortunately it stopped there. They did a complex install with Control 4 and never really got it working right, were out of reach, very tough to communicate with when the system kept failing and most extreme, he called the gas company AFTER he left for what he thought was an emergency. Gas company then forced my teenagers out of the house until an adult returned. Still cannot understand if he thought there was an emergency leak how he can leave a teenager in the home and leave vs stay to ensure all is safe. Anyhow there was no leak at all but it certainly scared our kids having the gas company show up without our knowledge and force them out. Finally had to hire someone else to reinstall control 4 and get it working correctly. Would use them for simple install only (Sonos, TV's etc.) but nothing complex requiring after sale communication.
