I think this is the best Citibank branch in the area. People are pleasant, helpful, friendly and competent. What else can you ask for in a bank?

Simple question about stop payment that hasn't been answered since Dec while they call to set up appointments to review account (to sell us stuff). Branch tells me to call "customer service" and that if I hit zero, I'll get a person (not true, at least not without never-ending attempts). So much for the personal banking service differentiating (not!) Forwarded me to a banker line that never picked up (talk to the hand). This is why moved most $$ to Marcus (great rates with same level of digital service) and now moving balance to Chase. Credit card benefits have gone downhill big time as well.

So many people in line to complain there were no seats in the waiting room. 2.5 hours on the phone and I am still not sure if they understand my issue after 28 years of being a customer. Luis an account supervisor could not provide a last name. He attempted to connect me to a manager, but none were willing to speak with me at this time, apparently Luis is the highest ranking supervisor on duty on the planet earth. ... and Citibank scratches their head wondering how could they possible only have a one star review.

I can't believe how bad Citibank in Cos Cob has gotten. All new ATMs. They never work. Manager has been there way too long. Such bad attitudes. One teller only with 10 people in line. In oG of the most expensive cities on the East Coast. DO NOT USE THEM !! Local banks right across the street

This is the friendliest, most efficient Citi branch I have EVER been to! I work next door and we use them for business transactions. They are always willing to help and have even come over to make sure our account was setup properly.
