I've been going here for years for my pets' needs. They carry the grain-free, good quality food we like and lots of treats/toy options. The store is clean, organized and well-stocked. The staff are always friendly and offer to help me carry the food to my car.

Gracie and I stop by visit the store on a regular basis. Gracie gets very excited because she knows she will get treats! McKinley and Justin always pay attention to her and we can’t praise the store and employees enough!

I spent a lot of time researching to find the best (healthiest) dog food for my dog, and found a brand that I was interested in. This was the closest place that carried what I wanted, and I have been shopping here ever since. I have since learned that I could order the food easily directly from one of several sites, but I love the staff so much, that I would feel like I was missing out if I did not stop in monthly to see what new research had come out. The staff here is widely educated on the latest trends and studies...which I believe is a requirement of the employees who work here....but they are also extremely pleasant and friendly! It's refreshing to be greeted by a smile and find such great service in these troubling times.

First time shopping at this location and I was so impressed with 1)store cleanliness 2)staff helpfulness 3)merchandise selection. I had first called another local, self-designated, "family run" chain asking for a specific brand of very high quality dog food and was told quite rudely they didn't carry it and hung up on. Then, when I called this store, the young man who answered the phone could not have been more polite, helpful, or accommodating. Of course, they carried the food my dogs love and is so good for them. Will definitely shop here again...and again.
