Went to open another checking Accts around 4:40pm on 4/15 and the personal banker Santiago Baldin told me will take 45 minutes to an hour and they are ready to close, worst experience ever, is not the first time open acct last 3 decades , probably is good idea do it online and jobs like Santiago are not necessary anymore...

Convenient branch with ample parking spaces. Being in an office building helps. ATM line can be long since there's only one. Offer drive thru for convenience.

I sat at the drive thru for 5 mins and decided it would be quicker to go in ... go in and there is 1 teller.. and he is dealing with the person in the drive thru!! needless to say I left and went to another branch!
