I wouldn’t do business with Celine at this store if it was the only place on earth selling the brand! The service and attitude of the manager Joanna Weiss is abhorrent. Her behavior and attitude toward her clients is beyond unacceptable.

the worst client experience ever, the GM is ab horrible, not engaged and could careless about clients. The staff is completely unprofessional and disengaged. I will never shop at Saks Fifth avenue again

NO ONE EVER answers phones. Placed an order in store which was lost and couldn't reach my salesperson or anybody to help me. Ridiculously poor customer service.
