The staff is very attentive and helpful. Quentin, the store manager, was incredible. He went out of his way to search for a product online that was not available in store. He gave me great suggestions for hair products and provided me samples of new things to try. I haven’t been in this particular store before, but will definitely be back.

I decided to try the Greenwich store because I had such negative experiences in two other stores in the area. I was so glad I did. Quentin was so knowledgable and helpful. He was able to help me find what I was looking for, knew the ingredients in the product and how they helped me. He was also helpful in discussing other products that I might want to consider in the future. Quentin was fantastic! I will definitely make this my go to store.

Quentin was AMAZING! He found everything I was looking for. If is wasn't in stock in the Greenwich store he took the time to locate hard to find items at other stores and had them shipped to me. He was very responsive and followed-up with me in a timely manner with all of the details!

I had a bad experience here a couple of years ago because of ONE sales person. I wrote a hurtful review. Checked on the review a few months later and noticed the response from the new manager.
Went into the store on May 31st, 2024 and explained what happened for them to earn a hurtful review to the manager Quentin W. He was apologetic and went above and beyond to right the wrong. He called corporate, to explain the situation. EVERYONE was receptive.
They were great!
New management, new team, new products, new experience.

Love this location but more importantly adore Quentin. He’s not only honest but extremely educated on the products and takes a real interest about your needs. Skin is very intimate & can be vulnerable I trust his abilities and brilliance infinitely.

I recently had a wonderful experience in the Greenwich blue mercury. I came in looking for a new shampoo and Blerta, one of the sales associates, was of tremendous help! She was very knowledgeable about the products, I was impressed!

Courtney was extremely helpful when I went in looking for the Kiehl's Lavender Hand Cream. It wasn't on the shelf but she immediately went to her Tablet & got it ordered online for me plus was super generous with samples at check out & informed me of some fun, new products to try. I love health & beauty & it was such a pleasant experience to shop there & get help, at the same time.Going back soon for more!!!

Every time I come here I feel like I’m in a candy store. The last couple of times have been really fun and informative as Courtney assisted me with purchasing some new skincare and make up products. The girls that work here at really helpful and always throw in a few samples without me having to ask.
