Staff is very friendly and service is quick. My baby boy Moe did so good just sorry i had to neuter him. He is a blessing of a kitten for a year old! Thank you for taking such good care of him. I will be back with Momma Li and 3 babies!

As a new patient it was extremely upsetting when I was 15 minutes late due to construction, the person behind the desk who I actually think was one of the vets was exceptionally rude and condescending. Not something you would expect from a vets office or first visit! Needless to say, we left and will be going elsewhere. No one needs that added stress from their veterinarian! And after reading some of the scary reviews here, I now realize I made the right choice to leave! WOW!

I transferred my two Pugs here after changing vets after Dr. Lovers at Davis Animal was no longer there. I'm very happy with Dr. DiCicco. Pugs require a bit of different care due to their brachial complications. I'm happy with the staff especially during this difficult time.

I’ve been using the veterinarians at BlueCross for the past four years. I adopted my most recent cat after my cat passed away from cancer. Morgan arrived from a local rescue organization and unfortunately came with a respiratory infection, an ear infection and mites, fleas and tape worms. It took several mo hrs of treatments but she’s now a healthy, happy and very spoiled 3 year old thanks to the compassionate and knowledgeable doctors at Blue Cross. They are all wonderful and I’d never think of going anywhere else,

Review is below. This is an UPDATE. Maria Violi is under investigation by the Department of Health, Practitioner Licensing.Arts: Maria Violi and staff, FYI the original investigator on the case passed away and the case will be tuned over to a new investigator very soon. You will be held accountable for what you did. Mark my word. I will not rest until you are.***Share reviewEmbed review 4/30/2020 3 photosBe VERY careful. The owner here Dr. Violi is a cunning snake. She tricked/deceived me into having my beloved 12 yr old sweet kitty euthanized, she was my world and my only family member. Violi told me her condition was terminal, and withheld pertinent and potentially life saving recommendations listed on the ultrasound my kitty had done there by the contracted out ultrasound vet. Dr. Joon.. Violi told me there was nothing that could be done for my kitty , that she had about a month to live and to let her die with dignity by having her euthanized as soon as possible. Very unfortunately for me and for my beloved Kitty Kaos,, I trusted and believed her as she came highlyrecommended by a couple I knew. I didn't want my kitty to suffer, so I finally with much anguish got up the nerve go through with it after many fail attempts. Then a few days later, after feeling so bad and like something just wasn't right, I decided to ask to see the ultrasound report and I was shocked to see that it listed two procedures that the ultrasound vet did on my kitty that day which required follow up testing (but yet were NEVER sent out, or even mentioned to me..I only found out when I read the ultrasound report, after my kitty was deceased) also the report recommended a Vector Borne illness blood test be done on my kitty, it would test for possible poisonous tick bite infections that might be in her body that could of been causing the mysterious very high fevers my kitty was having every other day. Violi DID NOT tell me about ANY of these necessary test that were recommended by Dr. Joon when she reviewed the results of the ultrasound tests with me and my daughter in her office, NOR did she tell us about the potentially life saving recommendations by Dr.Joon listed right in the report. She only told me about the abnormalities in the report, and she wanted me to believe there was nothing else that could be done but to euthanize my baby. (I found out later that Violi has ties to the Humane Society, and they are often quick to euthanize older animals unnecessarily) PLEASE don't make the mistake I did and put your faith in this vet entirely, as you easily could, because she comes across as so very kind and caring ...but she is capable of deceit and lies for $$ and, I now believe, DISCRIMINATION. Get a second opinion on any ultrasounds or important test done in her office. I'm totally heart broken now from the loss of my beloved fur baby. She possibly could have been cured, but Dr. Violi saw my kitty for some reason as disposable. I'm beyond devastated and I feel so guilty and cry every single day because I did not read that report myself and I trusted this woman. Please! Please read all the reports YOURSELF, and take it to a different vet for another opinion. I am totally in shock over this Dr. Violi's unprofessional conduct. But I'm sure she will get what's due to her in time. God and the universe has an excellent memory, and place for people like her. Plus, I will be filing a legal complaint against her for what she did. She indirectly murdered by kitty. I have to live with that for the rest of my life. But I don't want that to happen again to some other person's beloved pet.Sincerely,Belinda Pitt
