The disrespect my friend and I got when we tried to buy a car was mind blowing. Literally, real buyers with a $200,000 budget and these salesman gave us nothing but disrespect. In the beginning we thought it was just one guy having a bad day but the on going lack of understanding why we were asking questions, or cared to know details on the cars we wanted to buy was baffling. It's a car worth between $100,000 - $200,000 I mean have some damn respect and patience. If someone asks what can be done about the price, talk like a normal person, not scream and yell like a child. I have never seen such a thing. I am never buying a car from this place. I also hope anyone else reading this decides to go elsewhere. I will pay 10%, 15% even 20% more if I have to just to work with someone kind and patient enough to explain to me the details. When brought to the managers attention he was even worst than the initial salesman. Also, let me point out, we drove over an hour to get here specifically for 1 car. That should've indicated that we were serious. If the salesman played his cards right we would've bought it the same day. Never again.

The entire process, all completed remotely from several States away, was as smooth as anyone could hope for. We were able to negotiate a perfect price for the perfect vehicle. Steve Vaz, our contact at Bentley Greenwich, treated us professionally, with patience and followed through on everything promised - right down to photographs of our Bentley being loaded for transportation, follow up to ensure we were happy and making sure we have all the paperwork we need for the title. This is our third Bentley - and the BEST experience we have ever had. We highly recommend Bentley Greenwich and Steve Vaz.

Very nice experience here with Russian girl and where I'll get my car. Miller sends out great advertising to keep me up to date on all sorts of exotic cars and their different configurations. I also had a pleasant experience at their Maserati store in Westport. Japanese guy was lovely but Maseratis are not for me and the showroom smelled like a tannery. Aside from the Bentley itself fitting what I seek in a SUV, the experience was way better than at Range Rover in Fairfield where the guy lied and tried to tell me what he thought I wanted to hear, and Range Rover in Darien that was nice (like the Nutrigrain blueberry bar touch) but Penske ownership made it feel too corporate and cold. And the Porsche guy was too squirrely to do business with. I felt so comfortable with the Russian girl I had no qualms telling her my truth of being a Light Worker begrudgingly doing my job to help with planetary ascension and the necessity of a pleasing car to bide my time while here. We had a lovely interaction during the test drive and all communication since then has been timely and on point. Qualities I cherish. So, I wholeheartedly recommend this location. If I end up needing to custom order the colors I want, she'll blessedly do all that tedious picking out for me.

Their prices of cars r fair but be wise cause it's all about dollars with them the try to double talk u I Never heard any dealership who want u to put a deposit down just for them to do a application n the don't have no Africa American working their at Bentley what do that tell you don't have to think to figure that out it's all about color n dollars
