Great night out to celebrate my Bud’s Bday!
Great staff, live band and plenty of friendly locals from the surround Greenwich area! Class, white linen atmosphere, valet that’s fairly priced! Make sure you are dressed and pressed for the occasion!?

We had the pleasure of dining in at La Scale Restaurant. Absolutely amazing. The setting is beautiful. The service was perfect!! And the food delicious.

Beautiful hotel, great water views, always service with a smile but the rooms desperately need the renovation they planned for last January. They are gloomy, tired, carpet is old and stale, grout in bathroom is black and dirty. Shower had green mold.Air is stuffy, we kept the doors to the outside open and spent free time sitting in lobby. We won't come back until after renovation.
Rooms: See above review

The exterior looks great and the location facing the sea is perfect.
Unfortunately, the room.
The large rooms are comfortable, but many are small and have a motel-like feel. In particular, the water area is narrow and difficult to use.
If you stay at this hotel, you should definitely book a large room.
All the staff are kind, but they're pretty laid back. They carry your luggage to your room by themselves, and they won't do anything for you unless you talk to them.

I was not a guest at the hotel I was a guest of a party thrown at the hotel. We had a great party but we were too loud in the room so they called us and told us to bring our party down to the lobby where we could make all the noise we wanted and we had a great time!

The Delamar exudes elegance and luxury at every turn. From the moment you step foot into the lobby, you're greeted with impeccable service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The rooms are tastefully decorated with plush furnishings and modern amenities, offering breathtaking views of the harbor or the picturesque town. Whether you're here for a romantic getaway or a business trip, you'll find comfort and tranquility in every corner.
The only drawback to an otherwise wonderful stay is the convenience of the location for out of town travelling, certainly a beautiful stay for guests in the area.

This is a fair and honest review. We usually frequent the West Hartford Delamar and we always wanted to visit this Greenwich location. Even though the restaurant was closed for renovations and some items were getting a facelift during the winter months, what an amazing hotel with top-class customer service. Every manager, concierge serviceman, clean staff, and host was beyond helpful/courteous during our stay. Location is on the water in a little bay with amazing views (we booked an harbor view room which also had a little
Balcony) and just a quick walk to the downtown area for shopping, cafes, and restaurants. We didn’t have a chance to explore the spa, but I believe it was be the same standards as the service overall. A delightful little happy hour spread to in the evening and an amazing grab & go breakfast style in the majestic lobby in the morning. The fitness center area looked to be cleverly a refurbished corner suite that also has a steam shower conveniently accessible, along with cold mint facial towels and high quality H2O bottles. Again, the staff was top notch and we highly recommend this Delamar for a relaxing experience. We look forward to coming back in the summer when their restaurant ( l’escale) reopens.

Horrible do not go!! Scam They charged me 250$ for smoking outside my room on the patio... Scammers and unpolite and rude. manager was awful to talk to and she basically laughed in my face.. they are selling rooms and charging people 250$ when they know people are going to smoke on the balcony...

Looks and feels dated but it's still mostly clean with good service. I don't have any other options but to stay here every time I come visit for work as it's our company's go-to (with discounted rates). I've stayed here a couple times now and none have been worth mentioning any kudos for. The breakfast is fine- just yoghurt, some berries and pastries. Everything is mediocre here. I don't get the high pricing. I would NEVER stay here if it's for personal stay. The staff is friendly and I liked the shuttle service for when our group needed to go to dinner nearby. The room needs a serious facelift. Who crochets friggin shower curtains? Looks haunted. We usually also have company get together here but L'Escale was closed during my last visit (past week). We had a retirement party here as well and booked the entire first floor banquet and a lot of us stayed here. I see from the other reviews that people are bothered by these parties- I feel for them, but the hotel doesn't have any obligation to let you know beforehand of such events unfortunately.

We stayed just one night on the way to MA. They gave us a tiny room with really bad situation. WE were with a baby, so very uncofortable. Price same as the rest though! On our way back home we looked for another hotel..

We stayed last year at the delamar in Southport, and comfort and service was about equal. I thought Greenwich had a much nicer lobby with board games and a fire place and a very tempting chocolate store. Where I think delamar Greenwich fell short was breakfast. More like a grab and go, yogurt or a muffin and that's it. Southport put on a beautiful spread with a lot of places to sit. I don't know how the breakfast could differ so much from one to another. I would of been happy to pay a bit more to see a spread similar to that of Southport.

Wonderful hotel with next-level staff. Can’t wait to go again - only regret was not booking the spa sooner - totally booked. Be sure to make a resy at l’escale which is connected - some of the best French cuisine in CT.
