I had a little problem with my purchase, and asked Lorrena to help me. I must tell that she was busy helping other customers, and I was ready to wait, but she is multitasking worker, she helped me fast, than send me email, confirming my case. Thank you Lorrena!

Very unhelpful staff, but not for lack of trying. I went into the Branch to determine the fee the bank charged me for making a recent EUR (FX) cash deposit but no one could answer my question. Two on site bank officers called B of A internal help lines on my behalf (while I waited) but two help line reps were still not able to answer my question. I never did get a direct answer but finally (after an hour of waiting) a 3rd help line rep finally told me to go to the foreign exchange page of the website. Still no statement of their FX fees but I was able to deduce it from their buy and sell conversion rates. They said their FX fees are competitive. Maybe. They are also exorbitant, especially for a currency such as the EUR. No wonder they obfuscate the FX issue. Btw, today, their USD-EUR spread is almost 12%!!!

Pretty sparse for a bank, but it's worth stepping inside just to take a look at the place. It's beautiful inside, what a waste as a bank! I don't know what else it could be, but it makes you feel like you're in a Hollywood movie when you're in there. The inside is so cool that I am almost afraid someone is going to try to rob the place while I'm there, just for the cinematic of it all.

Been going here for years, but feel a coldness in there. The perks are limited and if it wasn't so complex to change my direct deposit I might go elsewhere. I like the proximity and the museum promotion, but feel that there are not too many other perks.

Staff is helpful & its a gorgeous building. Park in their own lot out back instead of the Greenwich Ave madness. I like the drive through ATM, quite handy (though I've never tried it in rain or snow as other reviewer did). Aside from Wendy's I think its the only other "drive thru" anything in Greenwich...

On the outside atm drivethrough there is no cover for when it rains or snows. For a company that makes so much money and in a town so wealthy this is unacceptable!!
