My daughter has been sending me flowers from Banchet for 6 years now. In the beginning, the arrangements were fresh and original, tasteful and fun. For the last year or more, the flowers have generally arrived wilted and browned. I have complained and returned a couple of such arrangements knowing the price my daughter was paying for them. (notice the $$$$ assigned to this business). Once again, for Valentine's Day, I received another arrangement. 12 hours later: wilted and dead. For a florist that pretends to target a luxury market, there is no excuse for the lack of quality control. Again, I called and expressed my dismay. A replacement arrangement was supposed to arrive yesterday. I have just forwarded the contact info for Greenwich Orchids to my kid. I know she will continue to send me flowers. I just think it's only fair that she gets what she pays for in the end.

I sent an arrangement to my host after visiting. I have never received som many thank yous! They really enjoyed it and it was quite affordable!

I stopped in at this location a few weeks ago while I was getting my car serviced near by, I had never been in this establishment before and the window caught my eye. They have beautiful amazing plants and arrangements that are eye catching! Once inside I had the most pleasant experience with the owner. She’s very nice and knowledgeable and super friendly. She gave me advice so that my Hoya plant I was buying from her would flourish and gave me few other pointers on other plants I have at home. I will definitely be back for more plants, and would definitely recommend her to friends and family! Thank you so much for a great experience, much appreciated!

Banchet is one of the most creative florists we have ever worked with. The many orchid arrangements and other flowers she has delivered are exquisite and as soon as you enter her beautiful shop you can see why. It is a jewel box of beauty and very much like Banchet.

We have lived in Greenwich for many years and without a doubt Banchet is the classiest, most creative woman we have had the pleasure of working with. She has delivered many orchid arrangements to our home on Round Hill Road and they are each exquisite. Her other arrangements are perfect for each space and done with great imagination.

I picked up 2 bouquets last week from Banchet and I love them! I was shocked when I saw the other reviews after I had already purchased the flowers because my experience was great. The store is beautiful and everyone was friendly and helpful! It's been a little over a week and they are still looking great (see pics)!

I went here today looking to purchase a Christmas floral arrangement. I arrived at the store around 10:40am only to find the doors locked. They supposedly open at 9am according to what the door said. So I called and my call was rerouted to the NYC store. They told me that there was someone there and that the door would be opened right away. When that didn't happen I was then told that the guy was around the corner with a flat tire and was asked to come back later. What retail establishment only has one person working 2 days before Christmas?!?! I promptly went to another local florist and got a lovely centerpiece. Won't waste my time trying to go back since there's no telling if they'll be properly staffed.

2:53pm on a Friday and she closers and locks the door in the face of a customer looking to spend $40 to make someone's weekend. The sigm on the door says they're open until 5. Guess I'll have to choose between whole foods and acme instead.
