New Country Audi’s service department is excellent! We were driving from Cape Cod, MA to New Jersey for the weekend and planned to stay overnight in Stamford. We were 5 miles from our hotel, when the TPMS and ECS warning lights came on. We were able to get to the hotel, restarted the car and had a Check Engine light come on. We did some quick research and saw that New Country Audi was a few miles away and had Service Department hours on Saturdays. We arrived at New Country at 8:30 AM and we were greeted by John, the service manager. John was able to get us in the queue quickly and had our problems diagnosed by noon. Thankfully, all parts were in stock and we were back on the road later that afternoon. While we waited, John arranged for a ride into downtown Greenwich so we could grab a nice lunch and enjoy a bit of the town while we awaited the repairs. We were so impressed with the level of service and care provided during this stressful time while traveling away from home. John and the staff were so accommodating and professional. Thank you so much for helping us and providing excellent service.

Service department pushes very hard to add on extras you don’t necessarily need! Be careful and question them on every move. Also I don’t find the mechanics to be the most thorough. I had a real big service $ and they sent me out not having the repair done properly only to return the next day to tighten up the hoses PROPERLY.
You barely get a sorry out of them and certainly no discount for your time and aggravation
I honestly hate to even give the 1 Star!!!!

The Audi Service team is top notch and kept me apprised of my car. The loaner is essential. But when I had an unexpected issue they were able to take my car quickly and fixed in a timely manner. Love Kenny and team!

Review from 3/15/2019:
When I purchased my Q7 from New Country Audi in December 2014, the salesperson convinced me to buy an Environmental Protection Package (EPP) for $599.99 and an extended service plan for $2,700.01. I was told that the EPP would protect the paint from bird droppings, and that I would receive a wax service during every maintenance visit.
Starting in September 2016, I requested the EPP during every service appointment, but it was never performed, nor did anyone explain why. Since the car was still relatively new, I initially let it go. I continued to request the EPP during subsequent services, but again, nothing was done. I mentioned this issue in every post-service survey, but no one ever followed up with me.
Today, I dropped off my car for a 45k service (even though the mileage is only 39,297 miles, they insisted on performing the 45k service). I brought up the EPP issue with a service advisor named Alicia, who informed me that the EPP service should have been done only once, right when I bought the car. This was completely different from what I had been sold! I insisted they perform the EPP this time, and she agreed, but said they would need to keep my car for two days. I left with a loaner car.
A few hours later, Alicia called me back, saying they couldn't find any evidence in their system that I had purchased the EPP due to a system issue, and that I needed to prove I had bought the package if I wanted the service. I was shocked.
I rushed home, found my purchase records in my file cabinet, and returned to the dealership to pick up my car. I showed Alicia my proof of purchase and the records of my previous EPP requests. She offered to schedule the EPP service, but I refused—I wanted a refund.
Update as of 3/16/2019:
The day after I posted my review, I received a voicemail from Bob, the service director at New Country Audi. I called him back and had a reasonable conversation with him, although I couldn’t fully accept his explanation that Alicia, being new, wasn’t familiar with the EPP (were all the other service advisors over the years new as well?). Nevertheless, I agreed to stop by on 3/26 to get copies of the EPP and extended service packages. If everything looks good, I’ll consider staying with New Country Audi and try the EPP that day.
Based on this interaction, I’m updating my review to 2 stars for now, and I’ll keep an eye on the service I receive on 3/26. I’ll keep you all posted.

Update as of 3/27/2019:
I met with Bob, the service manager, yesterday to discuss the EPP and extended warranty packages. Bob confirmed that the EPP is valid for as long as I own the car and can be done during each scheduled service. He also reassured me that my extended warranty is nearly identical to the factory warranty. As requested, I received copies of both the EPP and extended warranty when I picked up my car this morning. My car looks great after the EPP service, and I’m pleased with the result. Bob promised to ensure that their system is updated with the correct information, and I trust his word.
I’m updating my rating to 4 stars based on Bob’s efforts. I just wish I didn’t have to go through so much trouble to get what I was originally promised.

Excellent experience. Sales representative Gabriella Prince was professional and accommodating- she patiently researched the vehicle we wanted and ably delivered it. The delivery process was well orchestrated with knowledgeable professionals demonstrating all the important features of the vehicle. The showroom itself was a pleasure to attend with its great variety of vehicles on display. The documentation process at the end was executed perfectly without annoyances.

Atrocious post sale services and customer engagement. Good luck trying to get someone to respond to emails or to call you back. Last time I buy an Audi, should have stuck with Volvo.

Very quick drop off including almost seamless loaner car pickup. Etron was in for 60k service and several TSB’s. Communication with Service writer was worse than expected. I was told that unless I heard from him car would be ready around 9am the next day. He did not show up the next day so there was a slight delay on pick up as they scrambled to finish as I waited. Unusual experience as NC Audi service has been quite good for the 8 years I’ve been a customer.
