First time visitor of the store. As a shopper of other stores on the Avenue, I'll say that the clothes themselves were a mixed bag - some quite cheap material and others felt nicer. Ill also echo some of the other reviews and say that the sales associates seemed to enjoy socializing with each other more than interacting with the customers. Lots of discussion about where they were going to eat dinner and which restaurants gave their friends Covid. Trust me, I tried to move to a part of the store where I couldn't hear them. No luck.

This store is quite big, however it mainly has neutral colors and not a huge variety of colorful items. However the quality is amazing (i love the wilfred and babaton brands specifically) and you can always shop online if you want more variety!

The entire staff at this location is very helpful! This is quite possibly the best aritizia experience I’ve had in a while.

Another horrible experience in downtown Greenwich, CT. I have been a local to the area for over 20 years and it was a complete turn off shopping in Aritizia today. Not a single sales associate greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I walked into the fitting room to try on a sweater and still no one assisted me. I put the sweater back on the floor and walked right out. The sales associate saw me walk out of the store and did not say "take care" or "have a nice day." The sales associates that work here should know better and make the shopping experience one to remember. I will never shop at this location again.

Quality clothes, you’ll especially like if you’re a minimalist. They can basically go with anything. Friendly atmosphere too

Very very Rude staff! I called to ask if the store is currently hiring and the employee said - for what ?? The worst costumer service I ever experienced in my life !!!!

The staff at this Aritzia are so kind and helpful. The store is often pretty busy, especially on weekends, but I am always able to get help right away. I also think the selection here is pretty good, especially with sizes and colors.

When you walk into the store the sales associates do not acknowledge you as a customer because they are too busy talking to each other and on their phones. Don’t even bother to ask for help because they will act like you’re bothering them to do their jobs!Visited the store again was shocked when someone helped me!

Love this place!! The staff are always impeccably dressed and absolute rockstars at their jobs. They’re efficient, helpful, willing to exchange sizes and give you advice. I’ve never experienced such precision and dedication in retail before. And they do it all while looking like super models! This place delivers the full extravagant retail experience and I am willing to spend all my money because of it. It doesn’t hurt that their selection and quality are unmatched. love love love the aritzia brand

Disappointed. I went to the store to return something on sale with 10% off and expected to get store credit. The staff rejected me and told me it’s a final sale item because it’s sold on Black Friday. However, based on Aritzia’s return policy, only items with 50% or more off are final sales. On top of that, I received a prepaid return label within the box which means the item can be returned. No matter how I explained the situation the staff insisted this is a final sale and refused to give me store credit. I didn’t want to waste my time so I left and then went to another Aritzia store in NY. The staff there are much more friendly and accepted my return and gave me the store credit quickly without any questions. Apparently the rule of return is different in the Greenwich store.

I've enjoyed going to other Aritzia stores in the past, but the 5-6 times I've been to this location, the workers and customers have seemed very pretentious. Some workers are nice. But most only help and pay attention to locals. Everyone else is ignored. I was told I couldn't try on my clothes right away because the rooms were full. They took my clothes so I could walk around the store, but continued to take other customers into the rooms for about 15 minutes until I asked what the hold up was. The woman who took my clothes before had an attitude when asked, but gave me a room. A room with no mirror? I'm not sure if there was a mirror outside of the room, but at that point I wasn't interested in the clothes anymore. I bought a pair of socks, but after waiting 5 minutes by the register with no acknowledgement, a worker came over to help a customer who cut in front of me. They seemed to help some of the other customers very well, though, so if you're a local and look like you have a lot of money to spend, I'm sure this would be a great location for you. I definitely won't be back. Aerie and Brandy Melville have better customer service by far.

I went inside and I swear to god it was like chickens going in circles. No one welcomed me or anyone matter of fact.. which is very unusual, white plains are so friendly. Here.... I swear I asked one question about their brand and this girl was definitely on drugs. Her eyes were circling like she had no idea what I said I was like.... You're scary next. They all look like if they don't sell a certain amount of products the owner is gonna shoot them. I went to someone else and she bumped into me, running to give some customer clothes like relax. It's not that serious no one is running away from you. These employees are scary I don't know maybe it's a commission-based job but I'm 100% sure they're on drugs. Left there as soon as she bumped into me you're not all that
