I love that the employees are really positive and professional but sometimes they spend too much time with one customer as opposed to others I also think that the prices are a little high but otherwise, great store

The worst customer service ever - hard to believe this is a kids store. They need to fire the racist, rude, incompetent lady Virginia at the store right away.

I just called to inquire about store hours for the holidays. A store attendant picked up and blew me off, told me they had to go and hung up. Um, what??

I absolutely love this store I buy all my baby gifts here. I drive from Rye to shop here! The people working here are wonderful and do a great job with the wrapping ! I buy clothes and toys for my grand sons here too , I usually have the boys with me they are so helpful with sizing and very patient with the boys! Love this store!!
