Russ's is amazing! They charge extremely fair prices for wonderful work! I was charged the exact estimated price to fix a rear bumper dent. They didn't try to scam me into getting a new bumper since that wasn't necessary. My car looks almost brand new (the area of the dent was very tricky)!! Also, excellent customer service.Service: Body & Trim

Russ was not the first place I called, but they were the first place that actually responded. One place even told me that estimates took a month, but I got one from Russ the same day in minutes. That was typical of their service.The prices were fair with no surprises, but what impressed me most was the attention to detail- they were very thorough and the quality of the work was truly excellent. I went here after being in a car accident. The car accident was stressful, but they were so kind and easy to work with and helpful. My car looks brand new and I'm so incredibly grateful. They did a wonderful job and were so nice. I'd definitely recommend them. I'm glad I went there.

Excellent experience! Staff is exceptionally friendly, responsive and easy to work with. Their fees are very reasonable. And they finished the repairs in half the time other auto body shops estimated. Highly recommended.

We just had our car repaired at Russ's collision in Simsbury, they we recommended to us by a friend. We were impressed with them right from the start - they looked at the car, gave us an estimate and helped us move through the insurance process. They do what they say they will, and deliver as promised, and for what they quoted. The car looks great. We have used other collision services in the past but (hopefully not too soon) we will use them again, We recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job by people who know their business and how to deal with people.
