First time purchase from this shop. The woman on the phone was lovely. It is my daughter's birthday and I asked for an arrangement I saw on the website with local delivery today, if possible. She was very accommodating, and the flowers arrived at the time they said. My daughter is thrilled, loves the flowers, sent me a photo, and they are absolutely beautiful. Will definitely keep this shop as a "go to."

Wow! Rachel delivered two of the most beautiful baskets of fall flowers to my father's burial service at the cemetery this past weekend. I stopped in on a Monday, described what I wanted - fallish, natural, unpretentious, nothing you can find in a book.... and she "got it". She suggested modest grapevine baskets and a collection of fall flowers, some twisted willow pieces for height, and pods. They looked perfect for my father, who actually had not requested flowers at all. Our family was all grateful for her ability to listen and understand and create. Thank you.

Best decision working with Rachel at Flowers & Such. She did such an amazing job on the bouquets, boutonnieres, aisle decorations, and the arch. Everyone commented on how the flowers were simple, classy, and elegant.

Flowers 'N Such did such a beautiful job with my wedding flowers. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and Sally was very detailed and organized. When the bridesmaid dresses came in my mom took them to Sally to show her and she completely changed the color of the roses so it would work better with the dress! They were so calm, sweet and reassuring and everyone commented on our flowers !

A wonderful family run florist. Sally, Rachel and Kate do a phenomenal job with arrangements. They did my daughters wedding flowers and we had pumpkin centerpieces which were just beautiful.

We ordered Birthday flowers yesterday for a friend whom lives at the Village At Hunt Glen in Granby. I asked them to call her, and then leave the Flowers on the porch. Well, big mistake, they called and left her a " voice mail " and then left the flowers on the porch. We lived in Ct for over seven years and understand the weather changes. We did not hear from our friend today so we called her neighbor and she told us that our friend was at the cape for a few days. She went over to check on the flowers and they were frozen!

I think they suck. I ordered a basket of cracker and cheese, fruits for my husband who was working there in your city at the time, and I called in to put the order from tx, they send him a very small basket with hardly anything in it for near$100.00 shame on you. just because I ordered long distant does not mean you should take an advantage of me. look what money has done to your soul.
