I'm at a loss as to how to move forward. I did not have a similar experience to any of the other reviewers. Communication was weak from the beginning. Nevertheless, I ordered blinds in August of 2023. I received a call in September saying they would be in the following day to install. I gave permission for this to occur without me being home because that was more convenient for them. I called that evening to share that blinds were installed in the wrong bathroom, and the Hunter Douglas blinds that had originally been hanging there were now gone. A week later, 9/29/23, Mark left a message notifying me that the Hunter Douglas blinds removed from the bathroom were thrown away. He also said that pictures Levi took showing his work revealed that the new vertical shades for the sliding door were missing a piece. He called the following week and said that the missing piece was ordered, and he asked to meet me on 10/6/23 in the afternoon to re-measure the bathroom window that still did not have blinds. When I said that I had to work during that time, he said he would call me back. I never heard from him again. Now, it is July 2024, and I have vertical shades that are no longer working.
Update on 8/7/24:
Mark called after this review was posted, apologized, and arranged for Levi to repair the vertical shades. Mark said that the paperwork had been lost and that they did not intend to discontinue working with me. He was very apologetic.

The wood shudders on the side windows of our front door look beautiful. They were made to order and the wait took months but we are delighted with the results. The high quality, the custom matching stain to our interior door and window frames, and the custom fit are just perfect. Thank you!

Budget Blinds has provided us with the best home improvement experience we have had yet with this little old house we purchased recently. From the initial contact to the visit to show us options, colors, do the measuring…To the right on time arrival and installation. Each person was able to answer all our question. We chose 2”, wooden blinds. They look great and suit everything about the house. We are ready to order blinds for the next room. Thank you, thank you. Budget Blinds does a wonderful job.

I love Budget Blinds! The people are professional, skilled and a pleasure to deal with. The products for windows and doors are good quality, fairly priced , delivered quickly and perform well. The products have fantastic warranties. There are more than enough colors and options to choose from and they always have new products. Make the initial call to them and someone comes to your house to measure, and you pick products and colors. A few short weeks later they come back with blinds and install them quickly and professionally. They take away old blinds and all trash. Easy, easy, easy ... They take the hassle and difficulty out of ordering blinds and the process is still affordable. You wont br disappointed!! I have no reason to go anywhere else.

Very impressed with the quality of the shutters we ordered. The two men who came to install were professional, polite, and cleaned up after. We were given a time frame for how long it would take which was very helpful to plan my day. The men were on time and they showed me how to properly open/close them. I am very happy we went with Budget Blinds.
