Fantastic gym! I was in a rut after covid. Anytime Granby set me up with the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. Devin Lewis. In 6 months I’ve become so much stronger and leaner! My husband, who used to hate the gym, now works with him too

Just okay.My main issue with the anytime fitness franchise itself is they treat their customers as lead generators instead of as paying customers. It’s not enough that you’re paying them, they want to text you every couple of months to get your friends subscribed too. The yearly equipment fee? Just another way to extract money with the vague promise of better equipment “this summer” (did not happen, in fact the only change in equipment was that some of it was removed).My issue with this location in particular: the cleanliness.Showers? Ugly and with broken shower curtains. Not that I’d use them to begin with. I’ve never seen anyone clean them.The cardio equipment? Covered with crud, dust, and in some cases old gum. I’ve seen them cleaned once in the past 6 months.Paper towels for wiping machines are always out if it’s Friday or Sunday, the employees don’t always remember to refill them before leaving for the weekend.3 stars because they have bars and a squat rack, so they meet my personal requirement for a gym. It’s good for a beginner in strength training, but that’s pretty much it.

I've been here for a year and it's a great gym for a lot of reasons. It's clean, spacious, not crowded, and has lots of equipment and skilled trainers. I've never had to wait for a machine and there's a variety of equipment. The location also works well because it's in a village mall with lots of parking, easy access, and neighboring stores to do errands. Anytime is a comfortable place to belong to.

It has been more than 6 months since I canceled my membership and this November they charged me 3 times and today December 1 they charged me more than 70dls so I’m going to file a lawsuit for scam I have the evidence and it’s unfair that in less than one I’ve been robbed more than 170 dollars

I'm trying to cancel my membership after moving out of state. First, they said I either need to show up in person to cancel, (which is not happening considering I moved to Montana) or send a letter in the mail with my signature on it requesting to cancel my membership. I’ve sent the letter twice now in the mail and both times it has been returned to my address. Meanwhile they are happy to steal my money every month. I’ve been using anytime fitness for 8 years now…NEVER AGAIN. If you live in the area, use the YMCA right down the street.

Terrible gym…Anytime Fitness ownership is incompetent. They’re claiming they don’t know who I am, yet I have spoken to Mr Andrew Breton numerous times. Andy stands around 6’2’’, 200-210 lbs, fit, definitely a natural born salesman (not saying anything is wrong with that) sprinkle in a relaxed vibe and that’s him. Very upsetting.

My wife is trying to cancel her membership as she feels she won’t use it enough. They told her she was not allowed to cancel unless she paid for the full year as apparently we’re under a year contract. When we bought the membership the guy selling it to us said we could cancel anytime we want and he never said anything about signing onto a year contract that we’d be tied to. She went into to talk to someone at the gym and was told that the guy who sold us the membership had moved to another location and we’d have to call him and verify. I sent an email to the gym as well with no response and my wife tried calling the gym in which the guy had relocated to several times and got no response. I wanted to keep my membership but after all of this, fat chance I want to ever conduct business with anytime fitness ever again. My advice, don’t waste your time and don’t waste your money. The only bright side to this company is the nutrition dept, lovely and helpful people. Management stinks and sales stink. Another thing, when we were buying the membership, this guy literally pulled the IPAD away and said you don’t need to worry about all of this when I was signing. I guess cancellation was I didn’t need to worry about so they can squeeze every drop of money out that they can.Oh and when you guys read this, do me a favor and take off auto renewal as apparently I have to send an email or call you to do that too and seeing as you don’t pick up your calls or respond to emails this seems like the only way to contact you.

Great place to work out. Clean and the staff is very friendly. The other people there exercising are nice as well. Not overly crowded, they have all of the equipment I need to get in a good workout. Nice shower accommodations if you need to change and shower before work. Highly recommend!

Great place to work out. Comfortable clean surroundings excellent equipment kept in tip top shape. The manager AJ and the trainers Emily and Jake are the best you can find. I have seen many members returning week after week year after year because of the quality of the facility. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
