*The Goshen Post Office's Mail Carriers are deplorable!* I've had 10 packages in the small span of 10 months living here marked "Delivered", but no package. I'm assuming left in someone else's mailbox. I've had four hand delivered by the mistaken recipients who were kind enough to bring them over, but 6 packages have never been received! SIX! That's outrageous! The carrier has gotten the number mixed up as well as East and West. I've lived in 8 different states, and I've never had this kind of problem. Absolutely despicable! We've talked to the postmaster at Goshen, Kim Milanese, and she's very friendly, but nothing has been done to correct this problem! I've had multiple mis-deliveries at my home as well...including a very expensive computer that we hand delivered back to the rightful owner (carrier mixed the E & W up). I've also seen people post on Nextdoor with the same problem, but without anyone adding their voice to this problem, it will stay the same! My business does a lot of shipping and receiving and it's killing my business! I ship a lot of packages, and they all reach their destinations, why am I not receiving mine? Why is there such a huge problem in this small town???

I use this post office often and always have a pleasant experience with Marilyn. She always has a smile for me when I walk in.

The most unfriendly and unhelpful customer service you'll ever experience. It's worth driving out of your way to avoid the consistently unpleasant and patronizing interaction you're guaranteed to get from Marilyn. I work in Goshen and we drive to Cornwall now. Plus things that should cost the same to ship are somehow less elsewhere. Maybe it's her heavy vibe. Not worth ruining your day.

Extremely rude staff when you call to ask about packages the lady hangs up extremely lazy workers, if you don't like your job leave it's not a life sentence. Thanks and merry Christmas!
