Diamond creek and their staff are simply caring and wonderful to their clients. We have been going to puppy daycare for over a year with nothing else to say other than a big fat THANK YOU!

Our usual dog boarding venue was fully booked doe to Easter Vacation. After some searching, we were lucky enough to happen upon the Canine Sports Center right as they had a cancellation. They took wonderful care of our Golden Retriever Sophie, who had a marvelous time in their excellent care.

I took my dog here for daycare her back got hurt due to mounting by other dogs. She also got removed due to showing signs of being agressive with 1 dog which i had never seen so i asked to see video because they have cameras i was told this was not avilable. She now goes to Katalyst and loves going and playing with all the dogs. staff are rude and unhelpful i would NOT recemmmed this place. I also took my Yellow lab for training the lady was miserable and had zero personality. I will never be returning with any other pup.

I usually don't write reviews, especially negative ones but I am so upset with this situation and I think that 1 star is still too high for this place. I brought my dog (1 year old pitbull) to beginners obedience training and the instructor was nothing but cold, rude, and clearly didn't care. She spoke down to us like we were a bunch of idiots and would criticize me over the homework and how I am training my dog THE WAY SHE TOLD AND SHOWED ME TO! My dog didn't like going "down" he would not understand it and he would lift his butt in the air. So she told me to get him down and if his butt pops up to gently press on him, leading his butt to the floor. So that is what I did at home with him. So next class, still no improvement with the "down" training so I told Laurie. I told her I would GENTLY lead his butt to the floor and she snapped in front of the entire class YELLING at me. She way saying don't ever push on him and whatnot and I was in shock that I was getting in trouble for something I was told to do. I confronted and corrected her saying, I did not push on him! I barley even pressed on him, and that SHE was the one to tell me and showed me to do that. She denied ever saying that and continued to blame me. When she tried having my dog lay down and he wouldn't listen to her, so she did the EXACT same thing she yelled at me for and said she never told me that, she pressed on his back having him lay down! At the point I was LIVID! I went to 3 classes and after the third one I stopped going. I signed up for classes because I needed help with training like not pulling on a leash when walking. I paid 200$ for a 7 week course for them to HELP me and my dog, to teach me the ways to train him. Instead I paid 200$ to get yelled at, criticized, embarrassed and left the classes feeling enraged! As I looked at their reviews it seems a lot of people have had issues with the trainers. As for the trainer Laurie, you are a miserable and rude person, because several different people have complained about you, I am very surprised you still have a job.

We take our pup almost once a week to Doggy playcare for the whole day. He has so much fun with all of the dogs by the time he gets home he is exhausted. It’s a great way for him to interact with other dogs and she’s all of the energy he has as a 1 year old pup. I highly recommend Diamond Creek for boarding as well. Our boy loves his suite and he was able to play with other dogs plus they walked him a few times a day.

Took our dog for the 1st time in October and left her there for a week and when we came back she was scared of us. She also bit me which was very unusual. We felt that she might have separation anxiety but the next time she stayed she came back to us very very skinny and with very loose and bloody stools and they would not give us an explanation as to why. Do not recommend.

Linda is such a great trainer! She made both me and my dog feel more confident. My dog was a little reactive to other dogs before class and is now calmly interacting with the dogs in class!! Such a great experience!!!

Their thorough evaluation and behavioral analysis of each dog, clean facilities and open and honest staff make this place the best around for playcare! I am always confident in their ability to take care of my pup for the day, it gives me great peace of mind and I come home with a well behaved, exhausted puppy every time. We are part of the way through obedience class with them and so far so good! Highly recommend!

This is the third class that I’ve taken with my 10 month old puppy. He has learned his basic obedience skills. The classes have helped me develop a deep bond with him and I feel we work well together! He was a “worrier” and is gaining confidence and relaxing and is happier and so am I! It has been a wonderful thing to do during Covid and I feel safe in the classes!

We have brought our dog to Diamond Creek playcare three days a week for several months, boarded her there overnight once, done a puppy training class (with Linda, who is fantastic) and we have had our dog groomed there once. Everything has been excellent. The employees we have dealt with have been nice to us and great with our dog, and the grooming was good (our dog has short hair, so grooming is actually not really necessary, but she came home smelling good). They have always been reliable and capable. We feel comfortable leaving our dog in Diamond Creek's care. Overall, we have had a great experience with Diamond Creek.
