Very poorly trained workers work here. Every time I shop, I hear telephones ringing non stop without any Walgreen employee answering ever. C'MON. Be less lazy - CVS is so so so much more professional. Prices better. When I check out at Walgreens the clerk always seems untrained, confused and bored. I have a $1 store credit issued to me for a mistake a cashier made on my order. When I spend that dollar in store credit, that will be good riddance to bad rubbish. No more incompetence for me at my pharmacy.

I was there today and there was a man, very rude and disrespectful, slapped coins on the counter when looking for change. We live here and have never seen such a bad cashier !

Do not pay with a check at this Walgreens. They took my elderly mom's check at the pharmacy, processed it as an 'ACH', automated clearing house, then handed it back to her. Three weeks later the same check number, amount and date was processed as if she gave them the check again, which she did not. She never went to the store on the day the second withdrawal was presented by Walgreens. Withdrawals appeared two months in a row, one in April, one in May. Walgreens says it is the banks fault for processing the check twice. MTBank said it is Walgreens fault for presenting it once as ACH and once as a normal check. MTBank is 'researching' it for over two months while my mom is still out over $200! Other than that, the pharmacy has been a big help with all of her prescriptions.

This place is a nightmare. Truly a gut wrenching cold sweat nightmare. They will give you the runaround and lie to you for weeks. I tried many other pharmacies in the state and thought they didn't care. This place should not be in business.

Wish I could give this pharmacy and pharmacist ZERO stars. Scheduled COVID test for travel, and the day before the test,, the pharmacist called to say they will not be opened so they have to cancel us. We went to them and they sent our info over to their East Hartford store. He said we were all set just show up in East hartford. Well, today we did and the EH pharmacy said the only info they had was for my husband! This after he personally took my info. They are not worth the white coat they wear. Now we are at Physican One Urgent care taking our test for tomorrow's travel. I would never ever recommend WALGREENS to ANYONE!!!

I wish I could give a Negative 5! Worst customer service by the supervisor and in turn blames me that I have an attitude. I hope the manager takes corrective action. Very unprofessional!

Everytime I’ve come in for a Fed ex service I’ve found the service to be poor. There’s never anyone at the counter, or the person available is confused about services they provide. Today the person who tried to assist me was not interested and pointed me in the direction of a real Fed ex. The woman who went to retrieve help loudly said “that’s not something we do here right?” When in fact, it was. They just don’t have the packaging a real Fed ex would for real shipping. It’s really a waste of time to stop here.

I went in here and was only buying over the counter stuff, but the pharmacist was so kind in helping me out figure out what I needed. He helped me to figure out that I did in fact have hives and recommended some Benadryl. I appreciate the time he took to help me
