quick and easy amazon UPS box-less return. I went to one closest to hartford which has terrible customer service and outright blatant refusal to accept any shipping or dropping off except from 5-6pm. They asked me to scan the QR code and print the label myself, put it on the box and tape it up and then come at 5pm. the QR code when you scan on your phone, it just pastes title of your item, not shipping label.Similar reviews and anticipated service for the one by west hartford. Thanks to other google reviews i drove the extra miles to come here, was surprised. i was expecting taping fee, scanning fee, like they do at the ones i mentioned above.

The older gentleman that works at this UPS needs to be protected by God and all of mankind. He is the sweetest, nicest, kindest, most gentle man I have seen working in the service industry in a very long time. God bless him. He cheers me up every time I go in there he is truly a light.

Went in to return a product and they don’t scan and send back like other shippers do -they don’t print their own label unless you pay $2.15

Such complete and pleasant customer service! Tapped up my box when I forgot packing tape, applied the shipping label, and printed a receipt in about one minute, and with a smile and a thank you!

Super helpful, kind and patient staff. Staff was willing to check packing and supply extra tape for taping of odd size large box. Further staff assisted with generating a UPS label supplied by recipient-vendor of package. Most helpful!!! Thanks for the excellent service!!

Regular UPS store, very cranked up though. Staff have been friendly and competent every time I have been here. For people who are looking for notary services, the gentleman at this store has a personal preference to not notarize copies of government issued documents and IDs. My wife's passport renewal required her drivers license to be photocopied and notarized... the person at the store refused to notarize that even when we showed the actual license along with the copy.

I went here to mail a large, heavy package from CT to FL. I was anticipating the cost to be around $150 so I was pleasantly surprised when it ended up at $95 including insurance. The gentleman who assisted me was incredibly friendly and helpful, and it was a genuinely enjoyable human encounter in a retail establishment, which sadly isn't always the case these days. I appreciated the good vibes and positive experience, and am elated that my fragile and invaluable (my original artwork) package made it safely to its destination. Great experience, would recommend to others, and will definitely be shipping my future orders from here.

Terrible customer service. I asked for two standard ups boxes and had to debate for the one that I left with. The previous time, they told me to order my own boxes. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
