Horrible. Absolutely horrible. My fiancé and I saw a listing on marketplace for an apartment we wanted to rent. We messaged the lister, a realtor named Alex Colaiacovo. At first he seemed okay, he showed us the apartment. We decided to go forward with the rental, he asked us for all of our information. SSNs, paystubs, bank statements. After we sent him everything, he stopped replying to texts. He wouldn’t answer phone calls. My fiancé decided to google the address of the apartment, and we saw it listed on another website, under an other realtor from a different company. So we decided to give her a call. She gave us information on the apartment, stating she had not received any requests for the apartment to be shown to us by Alex, and the apartment had already been rented out to one of her clients. She also provided information on this Agnelli Real Estate company saying they are all shady, and have received many complaints from other people in the past. So not only did Alex show us an apartment that was already off the market, he has all of our information and will not answer phone calls or texts. We will absolutely be reporting this to the authorities. do not, DO NOT trust anyone from this company. THEY ARE ALL SCAMMERS.

My spouse and I were referred to Tysharain and I am grateful to have crossed paths with her. She was prompt, always available and overly understanding.Life did lead us to Florida but Tysharain still kept in touch and was so excited for us. She even attempted to find us a new FL realtor when we had some hiccups with ours.Overall I would recommend this woman to anyone because she has truly become a great resource and friend although our relationship started professionally. A true gem !

George Agnelli is the absolute best! He is a man of his word. He’s a great landlord too! Can’t say enough good things about him!

Dealt with these guys trying to buy a place. Felt similar to how you feel dealing with a used car dealership - shady. Based on that experience I will never look to buy a house through these guys or that they are listing/selling. The reviews here speak for themselves, not surprised to see many others have had a similar experience.

My wife & I hired Dana Flanagan as our listing agent to sell our home at 28 Skyline Drive in East Hampton CT. My experience working with Dana was very disappointing. Dana and her team do not pay attention to important details like ensuring escrow checks are received putting us at risk for financial loss. I had to prepare all the negotiation strategy on my own as Dana was unable to bring forward strategic thought leadership when needed. Dana makes promises to be available for appraisals and then cancels them for trips to Florida and other scheduling conflicts. She tried to get the banks appraiser reassigned after she aggravated him by her multiple cancellations because she feared he would be unfair to us after that. She was unable to get him removed and the appraisal did come in $12,000 under contract offer as she feared he would do. Dana does not take the time to explain our options on potential responses to things like appraisals coming in under offer price. Instead she sends short snippy texts saying the appraisal didn't come in, it has to match the contract price, there's nothing to talk about, when I requested a conversation. I've tried to discuss the lack of quality service with Dana directly. She refused and then sent me an email saying many mean things. It's clear to me Dana thought she was going out of her way to help me, but we are miles apart on how we see the interactions we had and her amount of effort and lack of attention to detail. On a positive note Dana offers some of the best commission rates in real estate. What she doesn't tell you is that lower rate comes with much less quality of service which can be very costly. Our house sold for $35k less than she listed it at in a very hot market and I had to do all the heavy lifting just to get that much. if you don't mind doing all the real work yourself you can save a few bucks. Personally I wish I had kept looking for a better agent.

We had a outstanding transaction with Agnelli Real Estate and realtor Dana Flanagan!! Dana brought in numerous showings to sell our house and in turn helped us smoothly buy our next house. Great service all around!

Do Not do business with this agency And especially their agent Myles Mitchell!! They are liars and thieves!! My husband and I put in an offer on a foreclosure and after waiting what seemed like forever, were told that one other person made a better offer. When we asked to see proof that our offer was put in, we kept getting run around. Then we asked to be notified if it happens to go back on the market. This was supposedly a cash only deal which we were fine with. About a month later we found out it was back on the market but was offered to someone else and that Myles Mitchell called that person the day it went back on the market knowing that if he got the deal without any other agents involved he would get the full commission. We also found out that the last offer turned out to not be a cash deal and also was being done straight through Myles Mitchell. When my agent found out that deal fell through and that we weren't the first to be called, he lates it into Mr Mitchell until he finally agreed to take our second offer. But the next thing that happened was we were contacted by a woman saying the deal was turned over to a bidding site, even though our offer was said to be accepted. So then we wound up having to bid for the house against one other anonymous person. We wound up having to pay almost $20k over our "accepted" offer. We also never got any confirmation that either of our offers were even put in. Either this Angency along with Myles Mitchell or Mr Mitchell alone are horrible unethical people and I beg you to not do business with them, unless you want to be scammed out of your hard working money and lots of time!!'

When you are moving you are supposed to have a great experience working with your realtor and very little stress from them. I received the OPPOSITE!! From day 1 of working with HOLLY KEATING was a NIGHTMARE! This woman is a racist and now that I have talked with my neighbor it has been confirmed!! I started working with Holly at the ending of March early April. The first time I met her I went to extend my hand to her for a proper greeting and she acted as if she didn't see my hand extended in front of her. Every time we spoke she would talk to me as if she knows everything and I know nothing and would talk down to me. She went as far as even asking me if me and my boyfriend break up how will I be able to pay my rent and bills with 2 kids!! Another thing that was very unprofessional of her is that she called my worker to go say that she feels that I am hiding something and hopes not because her client is losing $600 a year lowering my rent by $50 a month! I am on the phone with my worker as she sent this to her and she couldn't even believe she said would even say that not even being my landlord and that is coming from my worker! Lastly talking with my neighbor when Holly came to my apartment before I moved in to show other people, my neighbors son was outside of his home which he has lived at since a child and she yelled at him as he was getting out of his car that he needs to leave the property now because hes bringing down the property value of the house !! This woman called the police on a 18 year old boy and hit his car in the drive way at some point when they were going back and forth and got away with it!! Just another racist person in Connecticut! Stay far away from Holly Keating!! Worst experience ever!!

BUYERS AND SELLERS BEWARE! If I could give Agnelli Real Estate a zero rating, I would. They are unethical and illegal practices are routine and internalized into the company culture. We went into this process thinking, despite their reputations and reviews online, if we followed the laws (about deadlines to sign termination agreements) and our contract we could not lose our deposit, that's not the reality. We made an offer on an Agnelli Listing in FEBRUARY, it was July and we still didn't have a closing. The biggest problems with Agnelli were: 1- no disclosure documents before deadline, then blatant lies about water heater age and condition confirmed by the sticker on the actual water heater and a licensed plumber inspection. 2- During the inspection process we requested the chimney be cleaned by a licensed professional so that it could be inspected. They sent the receipt as if it was done and passed inspection without comment on the failed inspection. When we tried to negotiate the ($8-10,000) necessary repairs, we were stone walled even though the licensed professional said it was a fire and carbon monoxide hazard. 3- missed deadlines for signed forms, no confirmation receipts of signed forms sent to them, respectful and aggressive communication from their "transaction assistant". 4- The realtor lied to the appraiser about REMOVING A BATHROOM against the purchase and sale agreement. First there was never an non-permitted bathroom in the house then when the appraiser pulled out the original listing from MLS and showed that to be a lie the Realtor Mary Mercer said we had agreed to remove it. 5- When the broker (George Agnelli) was contacted about the unprofessional, rude, and aggressive conduct of his team (Jazmin Beecham & Mary Mercer), he ignored the issue to the point that all further communication had to come to lawyers only. Brokers and realtors DO NOT take your clients to an Agnelli house. Buyers, no house is worth the waste of time and money nor the risk to your family's safety.

I had an awful experience with Agnelli. They were the sellers on a home I was purchasing and right from the start, it was trouble. They failed to provide disclosures and when they did so, they were lacking a lot of information. The home inspection revealed a ton of problems in the home they were selling as "turn-key". The biggest of these issues was a bathroom that was put in without a permit from the town. To get this bathroom up to code would've cost over $15,000 but their realtor offered next to nothing for the inadequate bathroom and still insisted on the home being turnkey. Throughout the process, the transaction "assistant", Jazmin, was horrendously rude, unprofessional, and lacked knowledge about the laws governing a real estate transaction. The realtor, Mary, was equally useless and hostile toward us. An inspection of the chimney revealed that the chimney was in terrible shape and posed a significant threat of carbon monoxide poisoning for the next occupant. When approached about this, Agnelli conveyed that it was too bad and the cost of replacing the liners and repairing the chimney (another 8-10 thousand) was on the buyers. When the home inspection revealed a leaking water heater, again, the problem was minimized. When it was revealed that there was serious leaking in the pipes, again, no concern was shown. Mary and Jazmin continued to insist it was a turnkey home. They advertised it as a newer water heater but inspection of the labels on the machine revealed it was several years older than written in the listing. When the home appraiser arrived, the sellers had removed the second bathroom despite a written agreement to not do that. When asked about a second bathroom, Mary lied to the appraiser and pretended not to know about it before finally coming clean and then lying again and saying the parties agreed to remove it. After many months of contentious negotiations, financing failed for us and we had to terminate the agreement, which we did timely and properly. On the likely advice of Agnelli, the seller refused to return the deposit. Ultimately, to avoid a drawn out court battle and having to deal with this unethical real estate agency, we agreed to a settlement. We set a deadline for the agreement to be completed. Thanks to the incompetence of the realtors, the deadline was missed. We ultimately settled once going around Agnelli and dealing directly with lawyers but the end result was stolen money and no house. Following this ordeal, the house was never sold and is now being rented to people who likely have no idea about the problems of the house since Agnelli continued to list the house as a 1.5 bathroom house even though the half bath was unpermitted. It is no wonder nobody wanted to buy a 1 bathroom house in an iffy neighborhood for north of 200k. The unprofessionalism was astounding, the dishonesty was jaw dropping, and the rudeness was appalling. We will never be a party to a transaction involved Agnelli Real Estate again and encourage all to avoid them, buyers and sellers alike.

I can't believe people are on here giving them bad reviews. They were AMAZING! My best friend who lives in Connecticut and used Agnelli for her home purchase (I am in the military and live in California) recommended Rebecca and I am so glad she did. Rebecca was so dedicated, caring and funny! Sure, some issues popped up where the date had to be pushed back due to no fault of their own! People need to be more realistic and understanding and realize that this process isn't so cookie cutter all of the time. However, Rebecca stayed with me the whole way through and remained positive and supportive. I brought my strange situation to her when my parents were wanting to sell their own to me in Connecticut, so this home had to be a second home for me. I also live on the other side of the U.S which made the situation even a little more complicated. But, Rebecca took the situation by the horns and conquered it. Her interest was truly making sure I was taken care of. I wish some of you people would stop being so bitter and ruining someone's reputation due to your unrealistic standards. Thank you Rebecca! My family and I truly appreciate you!

The worst agency ever. Snarky owner with no sense of urgency. Shop around for competent agents before signing up, especially when selling.

Rude and arrogant Real Estate company. Lost $$$ by listing with them. Should have never listed with them. Do yourself a favor, take business elsewhere!
