I recently used this detailing service for the first time and was very pleased. Paid for the wash and shampoo of my seats. My son had repeatedly spilt milk in the backseat so, I was giving them quite the job. They were very thorough and it looks great. They exceeded my expectations.

There Willimantic location is good.. sometimes they forget the tire shine, but overall a good hand wash and dry.. very fair prices.. they offer a bunch of different packages.. the staff is friendly too

I paid A LOT of money for full service. They did a great job on everything EXCEPT the rear window which was left as a smeared dirty mess.When I went back to advise them and ask that the window be cleaned, I received attitude for not bringing the car back immediately. Two things, I don't live in Glastonbury and didn't notice until driving with the sun hitting the window. I had the receipt indicating that the work was recent.They finally acquiesced to re-doing the window. They rushed through it resulting in a still smeared dirty window.Needless to say, I'm not happy. This one little thing spoiled the whole experience.

I’ve been coming here for years for regular washes and detailing and have always had a positive experience until today. My center console is visibly damaged. It took me 15mins to get someone to look at it and when I spoke to the woman in charge she did nothing but deny that damage was caused by them. She refused to give me a refund. I sent her pictures which she told me she’d send to her manager and get back to me. I will never come back here again.

I go here all the time with my truck and today when I went a lady stopped me because my truck was too tall this was the first time ever someone has told me I couldn't go through the car wash, it was a young lady who doesn't know what she is doing i was not happy when I told her I come here ever week and she told me I couldn't get my truck washed please do better with your employees very sad you lost a customer today

Best car wash you will ever go to. Hand wash reasonable prices extremely fast but diligent work. If you care about your cars paint but don't have the time to wash it yourself this is the place to go.

Brought my car down for the 5-star wash. The vacuuming job was meh. They did damage the leather on the center console. It is very noticeable.
