I’ve used this company about 5 times and i had to use them once and the process was very smooth. I received my reimbursement quickly and with no issues (as long as you submit the correct paperwork).

Due to an injury, I was unable to travel as planned. The paperwork provided was easy to understand and once I filled out everything they asked for, the costs of my trip was refunded as per my policy. They did not waste a lot of time and I was very happy with my experience.
