“I’ve been going to Hick’s Repair for years and I wouldn’t take my cars to anyone else. They are 100% honest and trustworthy. I first went to them after hearing about them from a guy I worked with who took his and his wife’s car to Hick’s. I had taken my car to one of those quick oil change places and they did a “free inspection” and told me I needed hundreds of dollars in repairs. Hick’s told me I’d been lied to and all my car needed was a filter replaced. I’ve been going back to Hick's ever since. You can trust Al and the guys completely and in today’s world of shady automobile mechanics trying to rip you off that is worth its weight in gold!”
“I have had several body repair jobs done at Victors over a couple of decades. Every time, the experience in dealing with them throughout has been unusually great. Tyler is very experienced and honest. Kyle (in "Mechanical Repair" ... for things unrelated to Body Shop work, like engines, brakes, etc.) was also extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I have come to trust them very much, and they do very high quality work.
I recommend this AAA approved shop to anyone. If you are being towed after an accident, you have the right to tell the tow-truck operator to take you to your choice of shop. I am really glad I asked to go here, and I would make the same choice again.”

“I had an excellent experience with Flanders. The thermostat went on an older model car that I bought for my son to drive. Joe and the crew at Flanders were amazing. “Phenomenal service; prompt, reliable, fair price. Belltown Motors is a participant in the AAA program, so when I needed a tow, I requested Belltown Motors when I called AAA. Then I called Belltown to tell them my car was coming and needed a new battery. The next morning, they secured a battery, installed it promptly and by that afternoon I was driving my car back home.”

Dude on the phone gave an eta of about 20 minutes, and the tow guy got there in 15. Very friendly tow guy, happened to be training another dude who was also very nice. They gave me and my car a ride to the closest autozone and were on their way!”

“I will attest to the owner’s son (EdJr.) helpfulness. I went to them because I had hit the back/break light of my Jeep Gladiator with a pole. While it wasn’t visibly cracked, the hit dislodged the whole light assembly out of place. Anywhere else, I would have been charged $500 just to put the light fixture in its place. Ed, the son, looked at the “damage” and explained to me how to fix it. I went home and followed Ed’s instructions and I was able to fix the light myself, saving hundreds of dollars. I truly appreciate Ed Jr’s professionalism and honesty. I would definitely take my car to them in the future. Hopefully I will never need their services but if I do, I will take my cars to them. I am aware that this is a long review for a small issue. My point is: honesty! In today’s world, honesty is paramount…for me and this seems to be an honest place.”
