As first-time, out-of-state buyers, we were hesitant to select a lender; Bob was patient and calm throughout the entire process, and made sure to keep us in the loop every step of the way. We had a great experience refinancing our home mortgage. It was easy, quick, and for the first time in 13 years we were able to lower our interest rate on our house. I did not appreciate that obviously our information was sold and we are now receiving all kinds of junk mail regarding "mortgage insurance" and other scam types of mail. Hence only 3 stars. Would have given the experience 5 stars if that hadn't started after our closing.

I refinanced with Norcom Glastonbury last month. In 11 days I had saved $$$ and reduced my term from 30 years down to 10 years and had the same monthly payment! Kelly Turner was phenomenal- she explained every question I had (I’m an engineer I have a lot of them) and made the process so easy!
