“I stopped into Rock & Smoke Vernon for the first time over the weekend. I had been to a couple other places trying to find a new concentrate vape unsuccessfully. I was immediately greeted by Amber who was very friendly. She was also extremely well educated about the different products. What REALLY floored me though was that I was willing to spend more but she actually recommended a product that was a bit cheaper & was better suited to my needs. The selection, prices & staff are fantastic. I tried the Grateful Headshop before Rock & Smoke & was very disappointed”

“Really great family owned business. My one only problem that is kinda annnoying is that they don’t stick to the hours posted on google or on their doors. The shop is about 30 mins from me and I feel bad having to call to see if they’re open before I leave. I’ve just shown up to a closed vape shop with no vape annd they’re just closed. That’s my only issue I’ve had. Everyone I have encountered working there has been very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! I’m picky about what I like, so much so I usually leave shops empty handed, they helped me find my new favorite thing! Usually other shops don’t know much about their product selection but they did and what they really weren’t sure about they were honest but did their best (which I LOVE!). They also use the fivestar app, when you’re there you put your number in and you can get coupons. I went back today to get two more and let them know how much I loved my past purchase and that I will be coming to them exclusively from now own. Their selection really is amazing, for everything they offer. If anyone asks which smoke shop to go to, this is where I recommend. They don’t carry “heady” glass, but they do have a huge selection of glass accessories and other glassware as well. I have nothing but good things to say about this shop.”

Hey so I love this place and everyone is super helpful and friendly! I just got a new pack of coils though like 2 days ago and went to open them now to change it and there are only 3 in the pack instead of 5 :’((( the manager-type fellow helped me and he gave me my VIP card and we talked about shroomz products and video games. Maybe he’ll remember. But I’m sad so minus 1 star for now. I’m having surgery tomorrow so I can’t come in for like two weeks which is why I’m writing here!”

“Large store with a variety of smoking accessories. I actually saw a few items I haven't seen before. Large collection of pipes, just about half the store, glass or metal, etc. Small selection of vapes. Multiple tobacco oriented products, and cigarette making supplies. Small section of jewelry. Lots of open (wasted) floor space, could easily fit in more display cases. Initially, the prices rang up higher at the register than was marked on the products and I walked out. However, because this shop is so close to me, I decided to give it another chance. Went back and learned the shop keeper is very willing to haggle. When I walked out a second time he actually followed me out and promised to match the affordable prices that my previous shop was giving me. Very nice guy who is hungry for business, I recommend going in and attempting to haggle for a fair price you are willing to pay.”
“Plenty of options, this place is big. However, I was having a hard time finding Captain Morgan nips 100 proof. I needed them for a specific dinner and I could not locate them. Had to go with an off brand.”

“A variety of things to choose from with really competitive prices. There were some random brands which aren’t usually easy to find, like Milka! Also the prices are sometimes cheaper than what you might find at Stop and Shop. The sandwich I ordered was good and the ingredients were high quality. Even better, it’s just around the corner.”
