I've loved shopping here randomly for years, recently though every time I've come into the Glastonbury location there's a tall woman there that is very short and passive aggressive. I've witnessed it enough to write a review... she ignored the store phone ringing the entire time, this was on the 11th. Aswell as rushing out two older lady's and not being very helpful. I felt super uncomfortable this time so I left and decided I will stick to online shopping!

I was disappointed in the lack of customer service. 4 workers standing behind the counter socializing and no one out on the floor asking if they could help anyone with anything.

Silver Dahlia is an accessory store for women. It is so filled with all sorts of nicknacks, you will be overwhelmed if you don't know what you're looking for.You'll find jewelry, hair accessories, Christmas ornaments, clothing, candles, home decor and more.The more you walk around the more you'll discover of what they have here.They also have a sale section by the front in the corner.The girls who work here, were all involved in private conversations, none of them were helping any customers. If you were to ask them something, you'd have to interrupt their important conversation. There were a few locations of this store, but now there's just this one left. It's easy to spend some time browsing through everything.

Super cool store with great gift ideas. Prices are a little higher but at least it's supporting a local business. I've bought candles, shoes, bracelets, cards, etc.

The Silver Dahlia has a great selection of gifts, no matter who you’re shopping for. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. Even better they offer gift wrapping at no additional charge! So convenient!

SUPER cute stuff and reasonably priced. Love going here to grab little gifts for just about anyone! They also do frequent sales to refresh stock which is nice.

They have the absolute best service! I have been going to The Silver Dahlia for years for ALL occasions- even just for reality therapy for myself :) It's so nice to have a place close to home to support. The staff always goes above and beyond to make the shopping experience a great one! Covid or not- it is always beyond clean!!
