This is the nicest, cleanest pet store I have ever seen. Beautiful puppies. I absolutely love my new baby, he's super sweet and super smart.

Place felt so welcoming and well maintained when we entered. It was nice we had the chance to hold a puppy and play with her

These are puppy mill puppies - do yourself a favor and look up what a “usda certified” breeder is before you think about buying here. It isn’t ethical breeding. By buying from here, you are supporting puppy mills. Ethical breeders are AKC certified. Ask for the breeder before you buy from here. Be smart, do your research, think twice.

Honestly the conditions these puppies are in here are awful, and you should shop elsewhere if you are looking to get a dog. Sure, they all are such adorable animals but putting your money into this place only supports the treatment the dogs receiving. Both times I went all of the enclosures were disgusting and uncleaned. All the dogs had to play with in their small kennels was the paper they had to use the bathroom on. There were no water bowls for any puppy, only the rodent water bottles you see used in Petco for hamsters. When we played with one of the puppies we had to ask for a toy for the dog to play with, which looked brand new when they gave it to us. I'm not even kidding when I say this, but one of the workers asked us if we had brought they toy from home when they saw us using it.Overall, I personally don't think you should support this business. Adopting from a shelter is far better and even if you are looking for a purebred puppy go to a responsible breeder and not puppy-mill-like institutions like this. Sorry for the millennial rant but it's honestly horrible and it made me cry multiple times thinking about the sad little puppies here who have probably never touched grass. I always try to be someone who is open-minded and doesn't spread negativity for unjust reasons, but I think this may justify it. Thanks for listening to my ted talk.

Staff didn't acknowledge us when we walked in. No other customers were there. We left disappointed....didn't know how to get information on any of the dogs they had.

If you think just because the breeders are “USDA certified,” they’re not puppy mills do more research. Puppy meals in horrible conditions still receive that rating often. No responsible breeder is sending their puppies to a pet store. I’m embarrassed to have this pet store in our community.

Response to Owner: Please stand around your store for 8 whole minutes doing absolutely nothing and then come back and explain how that’s an acceptable amount of time to wait to be greeted. I was referring to myself as a single woman- that is someone without anyone accompanying them-not single in terms of marital status. But you can in fact tell I’m a single black woman. The puppy was NOT being put back, the puppy was taken from its glass box and given to the couple-AS I was interacting with it through the glass. The employee then returned to the back of the store! Never acknowledging my interest in the dog or any other dog in the store. The woman the 2 employees were talking to left the store quickly after I left the front desk to look at the puppies. After that point there was only me and the white couple (who were given the dog to play with in the play area). I was the only person in the store that was not ever acknowledged. I saw atleast 3 employees working in the store. You can’t convince me you’re not prejudiced when all the actions were most definitely intentional, and some sort of prejudice or bias drove your employees to think that I wasn’t a serious customer.Well I adopted a beautiful shy dog from a rescue, and I’m grateful for this experience because I was able to find an organization that only cares about the dogs going to a happy healthy home.OP:Prejudiced and Discriminating:It’s been a while since I’ve walked out of a store questioning my self worth. I don’t know if it was because I was a black woman, single woman, or both. I walked into the store and received a half-smile and no greeting. I briefly stood by the front desk to look at their product wall, and wanted to ask about the products they sell, but didn’t want to interrupt as the 2 staff members were speaking with (I assumed) a customer, so I continued to walk towards the back of the store to view the puppies. I walked around and looked at every single puppy for atleast 10-15 mins to where I could even recite each breed and where they were housed, and in none of that time was I approached. In fact, as I reached the other side of the store and was looking at a puppy through the glass, one of the ladies grabbed a puppy as I was interacting with it through the glass, then gave the puppy to a white couple. The staff member then walked towards me and still did not acknowledge me, instead proceeded to go to the back of the store. I walked back to the other side of the store where the one blue eyed cocker spaniel was and stopped along the way to take a second look at some of the puppies, hoping one of the ladies would return to provide assistance. They never came from the back until I left the store. I’d like to add that they left the white couple alone with the puppy in the play area with no one up front to ensure the dogs safety. I haven’t experienced “shopping while black” in a while but this was a very telling experience. They’d rather have a dog potentially harmed or stolen than to potentially “adopt” to a single black woman.

Yesterday, my boyfriend and I went in to go look at some puppies. We had even scheduled an appointment for a play date with a dog e were interested in potentially purchasing. We then got to the front desk where we were greeted by an employee and asked a number of questions asking where we were from, if we intended to play or purchase, and a few other irrelevant questions. Being that purchasing a dog is a big decision we simply told the employee that we were primary looking to play. Before we could even explain further, we were told it’s going to be a little bit of a wait because there were two people ahead of us waiting to see some Puppies (not sure why, when we had an appointment set for 6:30, and it was 6:28 when we went in). We found this strange being that two of the play areas were completely free, but nevertheless, we still took a look around, hoping we can play with the puppy that we had an appointment set to see. We waited approximately 25 minutes hoping we would still be able to play with the puppy and with each second that went by we noticed that everyone else in the store left, except for one family that was actually purchasing. At this point, we realized there was no one actually ahead of us in line, waiting to play with a dog, and we were just told that in hopes that they could wait us out. This store, giving no priority to any prospects, was completely disheartening, because they actually had a good selection of puppies and have now lost a set of customers. That being said, I am glad this experienced happened because now I know who not to give my money to in the future, when purchasing a puppy.

These businesses claim they buy their pups from reputable breeders. This is very far from the truth. NO REPUTABLE BREEDER would ever sell their puppies to a pet shop. If you buy from a "pet store" you should insist on seeing where the pup originated, the "so called" breeders name, etc. More than likely the pup originated somewhere down south and/or PA etc where many puppy mills exist and the pups are sold to brokers and eventually make their way to these types of businesses and sold for thousands of dollars. ADOPT DON'T SHOP! There are many beautiful pups, adult dogs and senior dogs looking for loving homes. Adoption should be your only option. Anyone looking to "buy" a pup from a pet shop, do your research and educate yourself before doing so. The parents to these puppies will thank you so they don't spend their entire life being bred to death for shear profit.

Unsure what's going on here. Only saw one person working a day ago, and he was on the phone instead of helping customers or cleaning up after the puppies. Poor animals...

Terrible experience. Went in with genuine interest in purchasing a dog, and the nice man who greeted us (new employee) asked if we were here to play or purchase, so we said both and he asked for ID. We proceeded to try and provide it and then the owner/manager loudly and rudely said “No it’s gonna be 20-30 minutes before you can play with any dogs, he’s new (referring to the employee who told us we could play with a dog). We said no problem and asked if we could look around while we waited. He said yes so we began to look at the dogs in the glass boxes. We found that almost all of them had poop and pee everywhere in their cages, some without food, and many dogs had faces, paws, or bodies covered in poop. It is very clear that there is not nearly adequate care at this facility and I feel sad for the puppies stuck here. After about 20 minutes, I walked back over to the owner/manager at the fromt desk just to check if we were still in line, as he never actually had us sign in. He had someone in front of the desk signing papers. When I walked up he turned to look at me, so I just went to ask politely if we needed to sign in. He interrupts me mid-sentence and rudely shouts “Excuse me ma’am, ma’am, ma’am, ma’am, I’m with a customer” holding his hand up at me as if I’m a child, then turns around and ignores me. So I went back to my friend and we stood there for another 10 minutes patiently waiting. After over 30 minutes of being completely ignored and viewing how the employees handle and treat the puppies, as well as the very demeaning encounter with the manager, we were clear we did not feel comfortable spending our money here, and promptly left without so much as holding a dog. The cherry on top, there were four play pens in the store and 3-4 were empty the entire time we were there. Do not recommend or support this establishment.

The cages were filthy and disgusting. The poor pups were rolling around in feces and urine-covered papers which obviously had been like that for awhile. They guy sitting at the table in the front stated they " do the best they can".
