Watch the expiration dates they sell stuff that is about few days to expire. I returned the items because it tastes wired and David at customer service was so rude waving with his hands to me and I recognized the expiration date while he was returning my items. I don’t recommend to shop from this branch.

Got the RSV vaccine in 3 minutes.Staff was funny, very professional, and a pleasure to talk to. They also give painless injections. (BTW,the RSV shot had zero pain the next day!)

Tired of high prices. Tired of buying bags that don't even make it to the car. Don't like buying prepackaged meat, chuck roast etc.

Always friendly and efficient help from Yvonne. Today Sara went significantly above and beyond to find the best price for an expensive medication. Warm, caring, personal service. All-around exceptional pharmacy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Love this store. I go out of my way to shop here. The only issue is the other customers. Seriously, go here knowing that you will be silently judged by passive aggressive middle-aged women. I try to go during off-hours because of it.

Customer service sucks you should do better training that people.We were just asking for help with the Western Union we asked politely to help us out with that app that we didn’t understand and the girl literally was no help at all she was acting repugnant.

During the pandemic I've seen as many as six (Silver Lane) Stop & Shop employees in a single visit wearing their masks improperly, or not at all. This common violation of CDC protocol constitutes a health threat to all of us, and clearly reflects ineffective management.So to remain healthy, I now avoid Stop & Shop.But today I had a quick question for the bakery, so I took a risk. Sure enough, the employee's mask covered only her chin. She also seemed annoyed at my question, which she then answered incorrectly.Never again will I have to worry about poor quality and service: expired milk; rotting beef; employees unnecessarily approaching me within inches. NEVER AGAIN will I walk thru those doors.

Very good grocery store. The hot food/ bakery has some of the best options I've seen for a stop and shop. Store is configured very well. Plenty of self checkout lanes as well as full- service. Usually very clean.

Worst experience ever! Attempted to go grocery shopping at a Stop & Shop. While I was trying to select fresh produce to purchase, I was suddenly startled by a silent creeping robot right behind me with multiple cameras in it just listening to me and recording me. I felt violated and left. I will never shop here again.

Oak street is our favorite store in the area. On 8/2 there were multiple families shopping while not wearing masks. While they have wipes for the carts and hand sanitizer for customers, no one is enforcing the necessity to wear masks. For the first time we are rethinking where to shop safely.

I apologize for that review about Stop and Shop. I always shop there and it is ALWAYS clean. We're all under so much stress. I had just come home and was only angry at myself for going into a large grocery store. I have been having my groceries delivered and my nerves were shattered. Not their fault. I go to the Oak St. Store which is further than the closest Stop and Shop to my home BECAUSE it's always so immaculate . Grocery Store employees are amongst our most vulnerable part of our population.

There is supposed to be time for older shoppers between 6:00am and 7:30am. News item. Half the people are under age and there is no one at the door to monitor who goes into the store. What's the point other than PR.
