A couple of days ago i went to get some photos printed, the nice lady in the front named “Katherine” directed me to the printer where there was directions that helped me out completely, after that she made sure to let me know if i need anything else, i appreciate nice hard working people who don’t have an attitude which she happened to be. Keep up the good job!

This staples is by far the worst compared to all others. I seriously think they do not take inventory since they never have what you're looking for in stock. The overhead is bare and even if you come back at a much later date they aim to disappoint by STILL not having what you need. I don't know who is overseeing the glastonbury store but do yourself a favor drive to the Vernon location, even if it's farther since they actually have products. The store in glastonbury is always a disappointment and thats the only thing they can consistently provide incoming costumers. Well looks like I'm headed to Vernon or order off of amazon and wait two days.

Ok I absolutely love love your store 24/7. HOWEVER IMPROVEMENTS MUST BE IMPLEMENTED IMMEFIATELY TO THE CASHING OUT. THE CASHIER STATIO IS HARD TO LOCATE. PLS FIX. YOU CAN DO IT.

I'm not sure why this location has so many bad reviews. It's a much better shopping experience than most Staples I've been to from here to PA. I am here at least once a month for work, and they always have what I need. Employees ask if I jeed help with anything as they're passing by. What more could you ask for

Lets start with how the employee I went to for assiatance did her very best to avoid me till she was at a register no sweetheart i wasnt after your number i have a wife you jus happened to be the ONLY employee i could find. Asked the employee for a affordable printer that doesn't print boarders on photos and cam scan documents to my phone. She said all printers scan to phone and then found one that was an upsell from the printer that I initially was looking at. She told me that the printer i was purchasing was perfect for my needs. Now let's move on to how it was defective. It didn't print just ruined multiple pages. Stay away from this store. The staff isn't knowledgeable and what they don't know they make up. Spent $222 on a printer and ink. Got one that does the job at best buy for $60. Save your money and time
