When to get a car wash Saturday May 11 2024 .
They told us we was good to go. My husband had to keep pressing the brakes, because he was too close to the car in front of us . The worker did not manage the distance between the cars properly. He now stops the machine and tell us to reverse back out . They restart everything . At not point during the car wash they come tell us anything. Now we get a call from the Glastonbury police saying we were involve in a car accident . Wow . The people running the car wash should be the once getting a call.
Never again.

Justin, that greets you at the front with the neck tattoo, and Jaden whom gently guides your precious vehicle ? into the wash, make this monthly membership completely worth it for me.
I am a working traveling person who Always needs to looks professional.

I typically don't buy the monthly services any where, but after the service I received from Rick and his team, I was happy to sign up. Friendly service and they even surprise you from time to time with free goodies.

On my first visit, I was offered a membership and because I’m not loyal to any one car wash and I am around this area frequently, I thought it was a good idea. When I first pulled in, I was a little overwhelmed, because there were three different lanes, so I just went into the one with the friendly face spoke to someone about the memberships, got the membership, went inside the car wash. I didn’t realize until I was inside of the that I had signed up for the one that was contact and I normally use touchless. On my second visit, I explained that to the attendee and that I didn’t mind the upcharge for the touchless membership, I just wanted it changed. We spoke, he said it was all set. I drive into the touchless lane. Somebody walks up to my car and tells me I’m not supposed to be here that they have me down for the contact one which I explained I just changed it. My third time coming here, the same thing happens again, and I have to explain again I just changed it. Now I figured surely this cannot happen for a third time on my FOURTH visit, but again it happens AGAIN! :/
There isn’t bad customer service, but it is uncomfortable to have someone constantly walking up to my car, as well as it is annoying to have to go through the same issue over and over again and now I have this unlimited membership. Is it gonna happen for 10 times before it gets fixed???
I hope it’s fixed now I don’t have any issues with the service or the customer service but this is a very annoying issue and if it persist, I’m just going to cancel the membership and go back to the car wash I normally go to.

I never would’ve thought to sign up for the monthly membership but Justin made total sense. Definitely worth the savings. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience at a car wash and that is because of Justin. Such a great and genuine guy! Customer service is through the roof!

Touchless wash worked great, but the dryers on one side didn't seem to be working. But with air nozzles next to the vacuums it was easy enough to get all the droplets off my car. Friendly staff and worked great to get the salt off from/under my car

I know it seems like a lot of money when you go there you are better off becoming a member. You will definitely save money. Their staff will explain it to you ..they are excellent. They are there for you not themselves. Which is rare these daysI I used the touchless bay and it does a great job

Fantastic monthly deal, and incredible staff. Everything is always working and working well. They always cleaning up and improving and everything always looks nice, neat and clean. We love it!
