You just lost a customer of 20 years. I have utilized your company since I was a teen driver on my parents account and I have stuck with you out of trust. Tracey Cashman, my agent, does not respond back to emails or phone calls, even when making several attempts over a month and a half of time period. I get no apology. Every year I run into the same issue of having to chase her down for a quote. Every year I try to get the best quote for bundled home and auto insurance, instead of giving me separate quotes I’m just told every year that I have the cheapest plan. Feels like I don’t matter as a customer and I’m just another way to make money, because according to your recent email, you guys are making record profits right now.

Can’t talk to a person. Call and get transferred to a person then a phone message. Then get hung up on . just want my house Coverage cancelled.

I recently worked with Ray at Smith brothers and was very surprised by the affordable pricing. Also, his response time was fantastic and we did have a difficult property , but he handled it perfectly....I'm coming back for another property next month......Paul

When push comes to shove your insurance company should work for you not cancel your service because of one claim. After three years of paying into this company one small claim and it’s a cancellation notice in the mail. Research the facts correctly and investigate thoroughly is not part of their criteria. I don’t think they will be in business very long if they continue to treat their clients this way.Good luck!!

I've been with Smith Brothers for the entire 20 years I've had my license. They've always had my back and my claims have gone through seamlessly without my rates going up.
