Rude, patronizing staff. Bank was empty when we walked in to close our account and the first thing they asked is if we had an appointment. No we just want OUR money. Avoid this branch.

Disappointed with this bank over all and the local bank was no where near as helpful as my co owners bank People's united at depositing a shared check. The customer service for Santander seems to be helpful online to fill the gap of decreasing inperson but the online system is dysfunctional. Disappointing

Do not use this bank!!! They are extremely slow to process everyday transactions and clear high dollar checks. It is not worth the frustration when other banks do a much better job and dependable.

I stopped down Saturday/today for help with my banking card..I was told only one person could help me and that the other two employees did not know how to help..I waited 30 minutes before leaving ..I've been to this branch 5 times and twice it was closed because of an alarm problem and today I also didn't have any positive banking experiences again..Santander and this Glastonbury branch in specific have been unhelpful and a waste of my busy time more than a couple times.seriously considering changing banks

I wish I could give them a zero, worst customer service ever, slow tellers that stop right in the middle of handling your transaction and start talking to other customers. They treat you like crap if you don't have an account with them and when they ask you to sign up for an account and you say no thank you they grill you about your bank and then badmouth them.I wish my company didn't have their payroll checks through them, I am seriously working with our owner to move to another bank. So you may be saying go to your own bank and deposit your check, I am old fashion and like to get the money in my hand from the bank.
