Sheisty. Very sheisty. Watch out for their installers, they will try and say your outlet is broken and want to replace it or some other unessesary repair. Avoid this place at all costs. I'll never buy there again.

We had to wait for 8 days before someone finally came to address our maintenance issue. However, the technician spent just 1 minute observing the problem before telling us he needed approval and then left. If you still want to buy from this company ( S K Lavery), I strongly recommend against purchasing their extended warranty. Instead, consider paying a little more to buy from a local place with professional service.
The level of customer support and guidance provided by this company is truly disappointing. We've experienced similar issues since making the order, but now we have to live with it. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that values its customers and provides reliable after-service support.

I had a great experience with SK Lavery. Needed a new dishwasher (a specific Kitchen Aid model) and knew what i wanted to pay for it. I Called numerous places (including Holloways who pissed me off) and they were the only ones who said "ya we can do that" at the price i wanted to pay...all done over the phone in about 2 minutes.

I was always so happy with the service. When Eric was the manager. I’ve had terrible service since then. Bought a very expensive $16,000 oven. It is not calibrated correctly. I can’t see the knobs and it’s 3 inches from my wall. I have left several messages and just getting the runaround.

I bought 3 appliances from them and to have the stove repaired they sent me to Advantage Appliance Repair. Worse referral ever. They need to read the reviews on YELP before referring people to this repair company. They damaged my stove and Brian was a real tool. Did nothing to help me. He is also an outright lier. Never going back again. Boy have they gone downhill.

We are doing some major renovations and needed an induction range, a fridge and a dishwasher. Our sales person, Alex (the Glastonbury store), was brilliant! He helped us pick out just the right appliances. He listens and he knows his stock. We ended up getting a Westinghouse fridge, a Kitchenaid dishwasher and a GE range. All stainless. They were delivered on Tuesday (Nov 28th) and they are GORGEOUS! The delivery men were polite, courteous, efficient -- so much so that I called Alex after they were gone to tell him how pleased we were. This was definitely a home run!

I stopped in to purchase a full set of appliances for new house. Jeremy was extremely helpful in pointing out the best black Friday deals and great rebates! The showroom was very clean well stocked and another fully stocked showroom in basement. Easy scheduling for delivery the following week. Jeremy also printed out my rebates so everything was all together for me to mail in. Highly recommend this business!

I purchased a GE dishwasher, oven and microwave from SK Lavery. The dish washer came in first. Upon the first time using it, it leaked on the floor. I immediately called the store. The salesman, who sold it to me said, "You asked for the economy model." It is true I didn't want a model with all the bells and whistles but I certainly didn't think that meant it would leak. The repair man the store sent out said that there was nothing that could be done about it. It was a defect in the way it was made. I called the store back and exchanged the GE dishwasher for one made by Bosch, which cost a great deal more. I couldn't believe it when the the store charged me a second time for delivery. I had purchased by appliances from SK Lavery for years, but not any more.

I LOVE MY NEW REFRIGERATOR…After searching high and low for the refrigerator that best suited our needs, and not finding what we were looking for, I saw the TV ad for SK Lavery. From my initial telephone inquiry, to the reasonable pricing, to the excellent customer service by Jeremy Seip, as well as the two delivery men that took away our old refrigerator, hooked up our new refrigerator, and asked if we had any questions, it was a pleasure working with all of them. They will be our go-to store from now on.SK Lavery is “our” #1 appliance store! ?

I had a great experience at the Glastonbury store recently. I was greeted and asked if I needed help by a very knowledgeable sales associate who was able to assist me in picking out new kitchen appliances . They really know their stuff and I would highly recommend shopping with them.

We had a very poor experience with SK Lavery. They sold us an oven in late November and were supposed to deliver it in early December. They couldn’t meet that deadline because of “supply chain” issues. The delivery was then changed to mid-December, but, when we called to follow up on the delivery today, we were told, for the first time, that our delivery had been pushed again, this time until January, again because of “supply chain issues.” We then purchased the exact same oven from Home Depot, who can get it to us by Monday, and cancelled our order with SK Lavery. Truly do no recommend purchasing appliances from this company.

Walked and got service right away. Price of stove comparable with other store. Excellent experience. Very pleased.

The worst service.... not worth going too. They couldn't track down delivery status of a dryer after missing delivery the week prior! And couldn't even offer an alternative date. WTH..are you kidding me?

I purchased a GE dryer from SK Lavery for $900, 18 months ago. Unfortunately the drum has cracks and a significant hole in the drum. I contacted Alex and requested he get in contact with the regional GE Channel Manager to discuss the obvious defects in the manufacturing process. The first email response from Alex was to call the 800-GE-Cares. I paid $120 to GE repair person came out and said yes, you have a hole in your drum... GE wants to charge me $600 to order parts and replace. Again I went down to the Glastonbury location and explained to Alex I really wanted him to contact the GE regional person, he said he would. However Alex replied with an additional email for me to call the GE customer customer relations number. . Suggested that I call them numerous times to complain and the louder I am the more they would react to a free replacement drum. I would not use this business again, and would not recommended purchasing as Alex needs to put a little more effort into customer service as there is no patience for laziness. I purchased the dryer through SK Lavery, and they should stand behind the products they sell.
