Always responsive and attentive. I place small orders for family events and a side business. The ease of doing business is incredible. And even though they are relatively small orders I never get the feeling i am wasting their time.

My rugby team had shorts done by primesource and my pair happened to rip. I then bought three pairs of shorts to be embroidered with our logo. Upon picking up the $38 order, the logo was misplaced. I had contacted Mike who told me to send a link to purchase new shorts and he would embroider them free of charge. He also offered to ship them for free. Prime Source went above and beyond to meet my expectations and I will certainly return to them in the future.

When I needed to order shirts for my daughter's bat mitzvah, Mike sent me several samples from different manufacturers so we could actually wear them to test them out.
