I have banked with the branch for 5 years and have always had good customer service. I took our a mortgage couple of years ago and refinanced this year, every experience has been positive. They recently notarized some my documents for free which is a nice convenience, and the ATM always works. I have been a BOFA customer for 15 years and cant say i have had a particular bad experience at any point. Hopefully i dint jinx myself. ;-)”
