I bought oil.of Olay vitamin C with peptide here $32. The ingredients made my face red and severely swollen. It is taking many days for my fa e to return to normal. They reimbursed me with a gift card for $32. That was nice but my face is severely damaged with this product.

Why would there be an appointment scheduled when shots administered 40 minutes later (on average) than the original appointment time?

We are traveling on Monday and we are fully vaccinated but still need to get a covid test 72 hours before departure but we were definitely not excited about the test Catherine, on the drive thru pharmacy window, was excellent and should be training others because she was incredible at helping us to get thru these tests and making us feel at ease. Thank you Catherine!

Most of the pharmacy staff here are rude and they almost NEVER identify themselves when they answer the phone- PHARMACIST AND TECHNICIAN alike. There is only one young man who is a technician who is consistently polite. So, if you ever need to identify who you spoke with- good luck! Many of my friends who have had similar issues tell me the district manager doesn't bother to respond to their concerns either, so no wonder the staff can't provide minimum courtesies and customer service. Wish we had a choice but the retail pharmacy industry is one big monopoly. Thanks FTC!

At least as far as the pharmacy is concerned, this has to be the worst CVS I've ever been to. Employees are incredibly rude and unhelpful. If you want to reach them on the phone, prepare for at least 15 minute wait.

This CVS is more convenient than most pharmacies being open until 9pm but that's about the only thing good. You'll have better luck going through the drive through if you want "faster" service. I made the mistake of going inside to get my prescription filled or pick up and I had to wait forever and a day and it is confusing with the different stupid "stations" they have which don't explain and god help you if you go to the wrong station after waiting 10 minutes they just tell you to wait at a different station and now you are already 10 min in and another 10 min to get service from inexperienced or rude pharmacists. Oh and don't forget about the stank eyes and judgment-filled stares from other nosy customers. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of accidentally going to the wrong station or cutting in line because people don't really know how to line up then get ready for a duel to the death even if you apologize and plead the fifth on not knowing you will have made an enemy for life. Now let's talk about calling them on the phone. Don't. Just dont. I was put on hold for 25-30 min. That is not a typo. That's how little regard CVS has for your time. And if you finally do get a person to answer they offer zero in the way of apology and are fairly ignorant of the overall service you have received. If you go through the drive thru by all means press that call button numerous times because they take forever to get to you presumably from being too busy inside but the only advantage is that they do appear to prioritize drive thru customers over the waiting line inside and of course the phone line is dead last. In closing, as CVS gears up to become a megapoloplis and health care behemoth monopoly with all the mergers and acquisitions that's happening in the health care space which is terrifying in and of itself, this is just the beginning of the growing pains and profit motive and greed that just screws over the customer. Well I've had it with CVS and their nefarious ways. They clearly understaff their retail locations and have a lackadaisical attitude toward customer service in spite of the spike in traffic and demand. So send a message to this place and take your hard earned health care dollars somewhere else where they actually care!

I love this CVS store. I work around the corner from here and have to stop in a few times weekly, whether it's for drinks, snacks, or random odds and ends that I need to pick up and bring home with me that night. It's always very clean in here, very organized and fully stocked, and the cashiers are always very friendly and helpful.
