“The site malfunctioned saying we'd get the mattress on some other day instead of Saturday (today, the day I picked) and they didn't tell me this in an email or anything, it was forever saying pending and I wasn't told anything. We talked to Lori in person and she fixed it so we are getting it next Saturday so thank you, Lori. It was hilarious, she said she's never seen the site do this before, never had a problem like this. We assumed it glitched from Labor Day but anyway, so happy this is dealt with before worrying and wondering all day today if it's coming. Again, thanks Lori!”

“The store is fresh and clean. After going to other furniture stores, which sold Tempur-Pedic, it was great to go to a single store which had every mattress and foundation Tempur offers. Camelia was very knowledgeable and very low pressure. She was very helpful and stayed late to help us make our final choices and complete our order.
