We had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm in Glastonbury! Dave Reyes, the store manager, meticulously assisted us in finding the perfect mattress! We were so impressed with his knowledge about each and every mattress that he showed us, not to mention his extensive and detailed explanation about how a proper mattress can improve sleep quality and overall health and wellbeing! Dave was professional, personable and a pleasure to work with! We are thrilled with our experience and highly recommend Mattress Firm in Glastonbury!

I checked for a mattress for two days at 2 store locations in Glastonbury and Newington. Each representative was very polite and resourceful offering us lot of good information. We ended up buying a firm mattress at a good deal for Labor day with a free base with remote control for bed.I think was a good deal. Delivery in two days. Overall nice experience. Definitely recommended, no pressure to buy.Let my son to try and jump in each bed to test how good are the mattresses.Thank you to the staff.

Keith helped me. I explained what I felt I wanted/needed. Keith made recommendations and I ended up liking two mattresses. Keith was very informative and I really appreciate his help. I ended up also choosing the adjustable frame and cannot wait to get my bed. The memorial day sale is an excellent way to purchase a bed. Thank you.

Carolyn was outstanding and made choosing a mattress easy. There is a mattress for every size, shape and price point imaginable. After buying a mattress online that didn't last, the quality is very low and the warranty is great. I would recommend checking them out and don't forget to ask for Carolyn, she truly is a sleep expert.

We were very happy with our experience at Mattress Firm in Glastonbury. We have been wanting to upgrade to a king mattress for awhile and finally decided to go for it. Norman was friendly, excellent and not pushy in any way. He was able to get us a great deal for a quality mattress that suited our sleeping styles. My wife and I went in there just to look and feel different beds. Our sales rep Keith was very informative and best of all he wasn’t pushy or trying to persuade us in any direction. He just asked us what type of feel we were looking for and showed us the difference between makes and models. Ultimately we were given the time to feel and talk amongst ourselves about which ones we liked. Then any questions we had Keith answered fully. Great experience!!

Norman did a great job figuring out exactly what mattress would best fit our sleep needs and budget. He was extremely knowledgeable and low pressure. Unfortunately, we couldn’t make it back on a day. Norman was scheduled to finalize our purchase but his counterpart Kevin was able to get a squared away. I would recommend both Norman and Kevin to anyone looking for a mattress.

Norman worked with me today and was not only friendly and attentive, but he was very knowledgeable about the various components that go into fitting a person to the right mattress. I was impressed with the time he spent with me from the physical act of trying different mattress styles to the financing. I was very pleased with my experience. Norman helped us select a new mattress and he was very informative, polite and sincere. He took a great deal of time helping us choose a mattress which I didn’t initially purchase. Two weeks later when I returned with more questions and to purchase a mattress, he remembered our conversation and was very helpful. I wish all sales people would emulate his kindness and demeanor.
