Margaret Wilcox Team was a pleasure to work with. They have a very experienced staff. This is the 1st home I ever sold and she secured a handyperson to fix items we found in our inspection and staged the house to sell.

I finally “found my door” - after a long search in an impossible market with low inventory, bids well over ask, rising prices, and climbing interest rates. I wasn’t confident it would ever happen. But it did.I owe a huge debt of thanks to Jonathan Archer, my amazing realtor. Jonathan is patient and kind. His experience and knowledge base kept me from making uninformed choices. As a first time buyer, I relied on Jonathan for his expertise. He would point out things at which I didn’t even know to look or be able to understand the implications. He is responsive and answered every question. He explored homes with me as if he was buying for himself. He is a phenomenal teacher and guide. I don’t think he realizes what a difference he made in this process, but he gave me confidence.I’m a little fish in a big pond, but Jonathan treated me like I was the most important client he had.
