Took my watch in yesterday to swap out the strap, at first i was told "it would not be an issue that is easy" after waiting about 20 minutes and hearing hammers and fighting in the background (hence why i do all my own resizing and strap exchanging EXCEPT i didn't bave the one tool i needed and wasin a jam) i was then told it was giving him slight trouble and he had to grab the big boss for help. I was immediately nervous and i am now realizing rightfully so. One of the lugs is in backwards and now stripped out along with hammer marks on the other side of it , if there is any permanent damage to the case i will personally see that lux bond and green pays the 3500 msrp for my oris aquis. Absolutely ridiculous and i will not budge on this review until this situation is handled .i will be in touch Tuesday when you open.

I cannot say enough good things about this company especially Mark Burns! Back in late January 2024 I brought my dad here because he wants to buy a Rolex. My dad is 82 years old and dresses for pure comfort at his age. In the past, we have been to places that treated us both based on that alone, which for them is an unfortunate missed opportunity at a very good sale. When my father wants something, he’s gonna get it.When we entered the store, we were immediately greeted and asked how we could be helped. I said that my dad wanted to look at the Rolexes they immediately called Mark and he went through all the watches with my dad asking him questions never treating him like it was a lost sale because he thought my dad wouldn’t buy one or something like that. He took such great care of answering my dad‘s questions and placing the order for my father‘s Rolex he wants.Not only that, but while I was there, I had questions about a estate Oh my God jewelry from my uncle and my mother and what to do with that kind of stuff since there was nobody to pass it down to. Marc set up a meeting to go over all the options and he took almost 2 whole hours with me to go through all the jewelry and sort through it to tell me about the different grades of precious metals and the likelihood of being able to sell something on a used market.Lux, Bond, and Green through Mark made me an offer for the jewelry at what I believe was a very fair price for what I had brought in and they cut me a check right there that day for the value of the precious metal.I cannot say good enough things about this company and about Mark Burns himself as they have shown how amazing they are! Mark has for certain gained two customers for life.

Laurie was absolutely fantastic- we were able to shop for a new setting for my engagement ring and wedding bands. She made sure she communicated updates throughout the process and the end product was everything we had hoped for!

Lux Bond and Green in Glastonbury have been amazing to work with. Mark worked very closely with myself and my fiancé to make sure we received the perfect wedding bands as well as my engagement ring. The process was quick and easy and I am obsessed with my diamond. They have online options that allow you to customize your rings with endless possibilities. Mark made every visit to the store fun and exciting, his down to earth personality and sense of humor made this process even better! 10/10

My experience with Lux Bond & Green was fantastic from start to finish. Out of the gate, their website gave me countless engagement ring options to choose from. And when I found one I liked, within a week’s time I was in the store to see it in-person. While there the staff were kind and immensely helpful in not just showing me the ring I came there to see, but showing me other options, and explaining the details of the diamonds.They didn’t push. They didn’t try to steer me in one direction or another. They just informed me as best they could to help me make the best decision possible. And when I bought the ring, they also gave me a bottle of champagne to celebrate my engagement.If you’re looking for an engagement ring, or really any kind of jewelry, I can’t recommend enough Lux Bond & Green.

Lux Bond & Green handled the Rolex service for my husband's vintage Rolex. I called around to each of Connecticut's authorized Rolex service centers before deciding on LB&G. They were the most responsive, thorough, and detailed on the phone so it was an easy choice. They did not disappoint!! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived to drop off the watch. Joudi took care of us and went above and beyond to explain the service and what to expect. She handled the process with exceptional care and professionalism, including both mandatory components of the service and then optional ones. The watch came back even earlier than expected and looks brand new!! We could not be happier with our choice of LB&G and would not hesitate to use them for any luxury jewelry needs in the future!! Cannot recommend enough!!
