Very unpleasant branch and staff, when I walked in nobody greeted me. I said hello the teller Luisa didn’t say anything. Her whole vibe was unwelcoming staring at me awkwardly. I asked a few questions about my account and she says “ excuse you “ . Very rude teller extremely belittling explaining to me about my account. Branch manager Michelle stood there the entire and did not manage! Before leaving I asked the manager Michelle for corporate number she gave me a email instead , and then asked me “ is there anything I can help you with”? Like really?! Michelle You stood there and saw the entire uncomfortable transaction, I ended up closing three of my accounts will never bank with this bank again. Gives off they don’t like people of color at this branch ! That was my experience be aware !!!

Poor customer service. Would rather offshore customers onto hold over the phone than just take care of them when they're right in person. Security concerns are a total facade with this company and especially this branch.

Called on a Wednesday to make an appointment for Thursday. Was told to just call on Thursday before coming in. Call Thursday and get told I need an appointment.Does CT have any good banks?

I have found that the staff at this branch are quite nice. They do a decent job with personal banking. I did have issues with them telling me that if I over drafted from my checking it would pull the needed money from my savings account this however didn't happen on several occasions and I would have to call to have the over draft fees reversed. For business banking they do a horrible job, the majority of their services are outsourced so they don't know why things break, things like mailing checks and whether those mailed checks have been cashed or not takes an extremely long amount of time to work out and they can only work with the partner who's account it was sent from on them. Their business credit card service was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a credit card company one notable example is we were trying to get our statements for the last year, they were unable to give us access to them online or to email them to us. It took over a month and several half hour plus phone calls before they were finally mailed to us. They miss checks that are deposited through their lockbox system about once every few months and have displayed a check with an amount different than that on the statement when you check details they then tried to blame this on our browser but did eventually fix the problem.

Jennifer is great. Really easy to set up accounts and she helped me get all my finances together as well as help me consolidate. She was really sweet and very professional. Kudos to her and the rest of the staff!
