The Owner is a disgrace to his father’s name. He says he charges more than other stores because of his customer service but he doesn’t treat his employees fairly. He is misogynistic and thinks women should stay behind the register. The only reason he has a loyal customer base is he took over his father’s company.

There's always helpful and friendly staff, they go out of their way to ask if you need anything. Definitely much more convenient than larger store alternative.

Very helpful during the snow storm 1/7/2024 this place was open and was a life saver they sold me grade 8 screws that enabled me to fix the plow on my truck and get back to work!

Rented a power washer that the owner said the chemical feed hose was working properly. It was NOT and pretty much spread water with a hint of chemicals in it for the day. The mold and mildew on house was not removed, as it usually is. Discussed it with Katz's owner and he said they had no trouble with the chemical feed, as if I was a moron. Usually get some kind of relief if rental was bad, but not this time. I usually rent there at least twice a year for many, many years. WARNING to the renters who need a working power washer.

Staff was awesome and very helpful. I came in to have my propane tank filled and found out it was passed it's refill date but they were able to replace it and helped me try to recover the adapter to make it compatible with my old barbeque it became more important to me to get it working than to salvage a part and they were very helpful in finding a replacement for that too. Would have been 5 stars but I came in expecting to refill a tank ... last time I did that it was 40 bucks but it's been a very long while today was way more than that but I am grilling chicken today and it's still cheaper than it could have been.

Great service throughout the store, but today was the paint department. They helped me puck the finish and tweak the color along with use the right paint brush. Always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help.

They are always very pleasant and very helpful. The store is always very neat and organized. They go out of their way to explain products. I think they are the best!

Great store and very helpful staff. When I can't find it near my home, I make a trip there to find it. Love to browse there also. Never know what you'll find that you didn't know that you needed. Love this place!

I went into the store today to pick up a bolt and screw for my anti gravity chair. I didn't know what size I needed, Morgan said to bring in the chair and he would get the right one and put it in for me. I return shortly afterwards and he did exactly that. He would not take any money for his service. He was a delight. For this old lady, who doesn't have someone to help with things like this, it was very appreciated.
