I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2020 Volkswagen Arteon from Gene Langley VW in Glastonbury, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the level of professionalism and service I received. After shopping for a car for over a week and visiting more than seven dealerships, my experience at Gene Langley VW was unparalleled.
From the moment I walked in, I was treated with the utmost respect and care. The team handled me with white gloves, making me feel truly valued as a customer. Car shopping can be extremely challenging, especially when you haven’t done all your homework, but the staff here made the process smooth and stress-free.
I want to extend a special thank you to Colin, Miguel, and Genna for their exceptional service. Colin gave me the opportunity to ask many questions without any frustration and listened with empathy and professionalism. Miguel took the time to explain how the car works in great detail and answered all my questions with courtesy and patience. Genna was incredibly accommodating, giving me extra time to make a decision on finalizing a warranty without any pressure.
As I mentioned, I visited over seven dealerships, and hands down, none of them can hold a candle to Gene Langley’s team. Their attention to detail, commitment to customer satisfaction, and overall professionalism set them apart.

Worked with Miguel on a 2024 Atlas R Line. So easy, no stress, great price. Communication was easy, felt heard and taken care of. Even met Gene Langan himself, really nice guy. Strongly recommend.
UPDATE: Aug 24- Even MORE to love - Ran over something in town road construction- Flat tire ! Called service - got me in and out within an Hour ! Amazing service too ? Yes sir.

Just bought a new Atlas and worked with Miguel and Steve. Miguel was incredibly helpful and worked hard to get us matched to the RIGHT car, not just the fanciest/most expensive. Would 100% go back and buy another car from the.
In and out in just a few minutes when financing and very helpful in setting up the car.

Buying our new Atlas from Langan was smooth, easy, and quick! Miguel was fantastic and took great care of us beginning to end. He took his time to explain all of the features on the car and teach me how to use all of the functions during the delivery process. Langan was super accommodating and not pushy at all at any point.
