Yesterday I was informed that my package was delivered. I didn’t see any package from Home Depot so I reported the problem to Home Depot.
This morning I received a call from another town where the package was delivered. Two addresses were totally different. The driver of FedEx did not read the address 0r or he does not know how to read.
This morning I called the Glastonbury office to report this error. All I got was a voicemail. No live customer care. Please have a FedEx driver pick up the package where it was delivered in Glastonbury yesterday.

The associate went above and beyond for me. My label wasn't great so he printed it there, I paid for the box and he did the rest. Excellent customer service!

Kadeen works in the shipping center and always goes above and beyond. She anticipates the needs of the customers even before they ask and does it all with a smile. Shipped an iPhone back to Apple as I'm the upgrade program and Fedex "lost" or stole the package and now I am stuck paying for a phone that I don't have anymore plus my new one. Thanks for the $500 bill.

Possibly the slowest group of individuals I have ever come across.I went to the FedEx Office to have copies made up and it took them 45 minutes not because they were busy.I'm sure driving over to OfficeMax and purchasing a printer would have been faster.Thanks and good riddance

I checked the cut off time for ground packages. It said 4pm. I got to the shop at 353p. The truck was already there and the guy was loading it up. I asked the lady inside if he was coming back in for more, she said no.Turns out he did come back in for more, but she wasn't clearly stating that. Said I needed to bring it to the counter.This is not the first instance I've experienced where a pickup/cut off time is clearly written, but yet the drivers show up before that time.Yes, I came close to the cut off time, but still before the time written. It causes extreme frustrations that this does happen, as I feel that this store should alter their cut off time to 330p, to account for it. If they had done that, I would have driven to the Farmington location that listed a 6pm cut off, even though it is many miles away from my home.Not pleased with this service. And I feel bad for the gentleman who was in the store at the same time.I don't plan on coming back to this location. If I can at all help it.
