Armand from Executive Real Estate was key to our success as first time home buyers in finding a home in a competitive seller’s market with low home inventory and high home values and high mortgage rates. He was very responsive and super knowledgeable. Most importantly, he is down to earth, kind, honest and full of integrity!Despite home buying being a stressful process, Armand made it enjoyable and we looked forward to the days we went on house tour. Down to earth , straight forward and professional. When growing in life it is important to look up to hard working and smart individuals . This brokerage took me in when I was young and taught me things that a dollar can’t buy you . I became a realtor and was able to buy my family our home and then later my wife also became a realtor under Amy Rio.It has changed our lives for the best- our dogs have their yard. And my growing family has space for our baby on the way.Their is a certain level of drive that successful people contain within them. There’s a spark that drives each of us differently . At Executive Real Estate they are a true family run company and you can feel it in the culture .American owned and operated and locally run in Glastonbury . I wouldn’t trust any other brokerage to be on my side.

Let me first start off by saying AJ Davis, Realtor, has been GREAT, Throughout this entire process from start to finish he has been exceptional, professional and consistent. This is my first time buying a home and it was something that I will never forget, as this can be very difficult with all the different unforeseen issues, it was def a roller coaster ride of ups and downs, but let me say this AJ told me he's going to be there with me every step of the way, which he was! from the fist time meeting him at a viewing until the very end when I closed on June 27, 2023. He reassured me everything would be okay and he really did that, he went above and beyond what many other Realtor's wouldn't do. He answered all of my many questions and listened to all of my concerns, explained to me in great detail each and every step of the this life changing event, he was very detailed about the documents I was signing. Took his time and read/went over each and ever paragraph in the documents and what they meant, AJ was definitely God sent, because the other Realtor I was dealing with prior to meeting AJ, did none of the above and I met that Realtor a year ago. In the short time that I worked with AJ (within 4 months, I'm a homeowner), I saw my current home and sent AJ the information, he was on it and got me an appt to view the home ASAP, I couldn't recommend AJ enough to anyone because he was just that GREAT! I will DEFINATELY use AJ DAVIS, REAL ESTATE AGENT- Executive Real Estate, again in the near future. I've been telling everyone what a great agent AJ is! Dealing with AJ Davis was truly a blessing.

Extremely unprofessional. She didn't have the courtesy to inform a person that they lost a bid on a listing. She also books multiple people at the same time for a showing. Not professional or courteous. Your just a number to her. Stay away.

Absolute abysmal experience with one of their agents during a real estate transaction. Agent seemed disinterested in doing the work of a licensed real estate professional, and when things became difficult to work through, he simply pushed us off to deal with the seller's attorney.The deal fell apart, and I cannot say that I'm surprised. If you are getting ready to list your home, look elsewhere. I cannot say with confidence that they are truly working with your best interest in mind.Executive real estate - you are only as good as your weakest link. Require more of your agents, your clients deserve it!

Have spent 3 days attempting to get information regarding a listing through this business. The listing agent does not answer her phone and her voicemailbox is full. Numerous aaempts to call office have failed because either no one answers or they say they will get back and do not. I would hate to list a property with my experience. Just tried calling office again without pickup and tried listing agent phone without pickup and mailbox is still full. Left VM with broker/owner. Have not yet heard back.

Sheena Buck is not who she makes her self out to be. If you were treated the way she treated me in a restaurant as her server you definitely wouldn’t buy a house from her. Not only did she leave $4 tip on a $160 bill. She left a demeaning note on how her service was unsatisfactory. I think it was totally wrong and in appropriate. She cowardly left a note instead of addressing me face to face!I serve up to 100 people a day and never get complaints. You may want to look deeper then the surface. I am on a mission to make sure everyone knows not to use this real estate agency because of Sheena. Word of mouth speaks volumes.

We had a wonderful experience with Executive Real Estate. Our realtor, Kevin Greenberg, was tireless in assisting us in our quest for the perfect home, coming up with new lists every week and going out with us day after day. He was available to answer our questions whenever we had them. One of the things that we particularly appreciated was his ability to understand the kind of home we wanted and direct us to the possibilities. He was very quick to revise his understanding as we learned more about Connecticut architecture and what would and wouldn't work for us. He really listens. And when we found a house, he came up with just the right offer so we could purchase our home in a very competitive market. I highly recommend Executive and Kevin Greenberg if you are seeking your dream home in Connecticut.
