I was out of the country for Valentines Day 2023. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for delivery to my wife from the Manchester store. The strawberries were rotten and there was a gray hair embedded in the chocolate. She returned them that day, but numerous phone calls and one visit to the store resulted only in an offer to replace them. Given the hair issue, she no longer wanted any strawberries from edible arrangements. We have been told several times to call at this time or that to speak with the owner or manager. All attempts to contact that person have been rebuffed. All I wanted was a refund.

According to the website they are open until 7:00pm, according to the paper sign on the door they close at 5:00pm however it's 4:45 pm and they are closed. This is frustrating as this information online and on the door are misleading.

Just purchased an Edible Arrangement delivered right on time. The display was beautiful and the fruit sweet, juicy and delicious. Good quality chocolate is used. Overall - everyone loved it!

Lost a long time customer. I will never purchase an edible arrangements again. It was my moms 75th birthday and only half the order arrived and chocolate melted. No one made an attempt to contact us to tell us it was left outside. No one answered the phone when I reached out to the store. I contacted the website as well as on Facebook. Finally heard back from someone, not the manager, 2 days later. All I was offered was some more fruit delivered. Unacceptable. Her birthday was long over. Totally lacking in professionalism.

Sue and I both want to give a big thank you to the Glastonbury Connecticut store for making such a beautiful arrangement. We ordered this and had it delivered to our best friends who’s brother passed away. They were amazed at how beautiful, fresh and tasty it was. Thank you so much for taking care of our friends.

I was the yesterday to place an order for Mother's when I picked it up two of the items were not like the picture on the website. The Mother's Day bundle came with the wrong balloons and the strawberries were not the same as pictured on their site. I was supposed to get three balloons that said happy Mother's Day instead I got three that said I love you and thinking of you. When I asked what happened they said they didn't have any. They should have told me that when I was there to place the order in person. Very disappointed for the $90 dollars I spent there. The whole point was to get what I paid for.

I ordered an arrangement a week in advance to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. Not only was the arrangement never delivered, but I have spent the last 4+ weeks contacting the local branch as well as the corporate office trying to get my money back. I have placed at least 25 phone calls. Weeks ago I was told by the store manager that I should be receiving my money within a few days. This has not happened. This has been a colossal waste of money and time. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT give them your business. Should anyone at Edible Arrangement be reading this, know that I will be spending my time social distancing by writing reviews on every social media platform until you rectify this situation. ✌?
